AVOID THIS COMPLEX AT ALL COSTS. My lease ends in April and it cannot come any sooner. The management is very unprofessional, they do not respond at all. I needed rent assistance and did get the help from Texas Rent Relief. This was enough coverage for 3 full months. I was extremely persistent with both TRR and Bedford Oaks to ensure my daughter and I would have a guaranteed roof over our heads for the next 3 months- I am a single mother and full time student and like many have been struggling. They are now avoiding me, and I have been trying to contact them to get credited the late fee that was applied to my account when they made a mistake they refuse to own up to. Management does NOT CARE about anything but that check. Don’t let them fool you by being friendly at first as they try to get you to give them more business. The apartment itself is poorly structured and when I had maintenance come in to fix some problems, they didn’t even do anything but temporarily rig said problems. Just a horrible experience overall.
