A good place to live

If you like your home clean, quiet and no drama, you will enjoy Bedford Place. I love the single floor living, step-in shower, and attached garage. Maintenance has always responded to my requests although small, and our manager wears many hats and still remains chill. Karen E

Excellent apartment. It’s in a very clean, quiet, and peaceful neighborhood. Like many apartments, we did have some minor inconveniences here and there but have always been addressed by our PM Myndi promptly. Wonderful place to call home

I’ve lived here for a year and just renewed for a second. The units are spacious with great layouts. Maintenance team is incredibly responsive and very professional. We are close to everything with easy access to the highway but we are far enough off the road for it to be very quiet. We’re also surrounded by wetlands and I’ve seen deer, and Turkey from my patio.

Lovely quiet neighborhood. Condos are in great shape. Great stores and restaurants nearby. I haven’t talked to the new manager but everybody else says she’s great!
My only qualm is that the $200 rent increase seems to only be because Of the changeover in management, seeing as no new amenities or upgrades have been added.
This rent increase has also priced out some tenants that lived here for 5+ years.
Other than that, I love living here.
