Mgmt. is not available- you can not call only text and those go unanswered. "Nick" the owner/Mgr. is rude and does not have time for the concerns of his tenants. They mistreat elderly tenants and my relative had issue with getting them to treat and make it habitable as other/new tenants would bring critters and wanted to charge for the exterminator when they had no issue with critters their entire leasing. It is law that a tenant should live in a habitable place- they do not seem to observe that. ...
The apartment my love one lived in had water damage and mold issues on the walls and ceilings and it just seemed no nig deal. Would not recommend this place unless you like being mistreated, never advised of work orders and people just show up or the water is randomly turned off for hours with no notice. They only notice you get it is some generic note if their accounting is off and they are threatening to evict you...that just hangs on your door with scotch tape for the entire complex to see, SHAME ON THIS PLACE!!!!

This apartment allows drug dealers and vagrants to hang out on the grounds, and nothing is ever done about it. It seems no one cares about safety of tenants. Security cameras are needed. Maintenance isn't kept up either. Not recommended.

I lived here about 3 years ago and it was horrible. The manager was nice and all but definitely not worth the money. Gang activity, neighbors being stabbed, shootings outside its not good. I was once making spaghetti and part of the ceiling fell in it. Don't mind me serving ceiling spaghetti for dinner. Dont live here bed bugs everywhere. Had to get a new couch and mattresses. Infested with roaches crawling in the fridge. People looking in your windows when you live in the third floor. These ...

I was interested in this apartment complex not only for the price, but because I genuinely liked the unit I looked at. I worked with Damon, who apparently is new. Damons communication skills need to be worked on, I am not sure if the whole company runs like that. But I tried MULTIPLE times to get replies from SOMEONE there about my application, a week later I was finally contacted with a "i can assure you, you're not the only applicant" okay GREAT. But I am the only applicant I care about, and I ...
am schedule to move in less than a month, so some form of communication would be appreciated. So I FINALLY got approved, I have yet to be spoken to. I have been living here in the apartments for going on two years... The apartments are infested with bed bugs.. I haven't moved because I've been trying to get my furniture and other belongings treated.. I bought everything brand new... I have spent thousands of dollars on my furniture and other belongings... I have switched buildings and they all have the bugs!!! My kids and I have been getting sick ... I have been finding mold growing in various different places!! I have been begging the ...

Now they are charging my account for the bed bug treatments, but yet everyone has the same problems.. they keep moving new people into the apartments without even telling them.. now my ceiling is starting to fall in because they moved people in above me without fixing the plumbing first.. knowingly.. that's where the mold is coming from... If anyone knows of a way to help my children and I please reply back to me.. we are helpless... I'm a single mother and I can't afford to just leave everything and move.. I really hope I helped someone before they go through what my family and I are going through.. hopefully things will get better for all of us who are living here suffering..

Great apartments at a good price. Ms. Kitty (manager) has been here for almost 20 years and knows what shes doing. Shes a very serious woman and takes no crap. Its her military attitude that people are intimidated by. Shes never rude for no reason and doesnt pay people to "lie". That review is full of lies and slander because they have been kicked out. Her workers are nice and help in a timely fashion. Always keeping busy.

I won't win b/c my apartment isn't fancy nor expensive. However, my aoartment complex has had the same manager for 19 YRS! She takes excellent care of everything. We don't have a lot of amenities bc are a small, quaint complex & I canI call it home. We have no crime, b/c of our caring mgr (Kitty). The grounds are kept nice along w/the bldgs. I love it here, we feel safe and not many ppl can call an apartment home, but I can. Thank you.
