Quiet and nice
November 2, 2021Very nice property inside and out. maintenance guy lives on site very helpful and prompt with getting issues resolved. Great for a single person. All neighbors are nice and I hardly ever hear anything from other units. Definitely recommend for the price.Review from Apartments.com
MICE MICE MICE!!!
August 3, 2020Lived here for 2 yrs with minor issues until they got new management who are very weird/shady. I found not 1 not 2 but 3 MICE!!! Underneath the sink and what did they do? Sent some bootleg "exterminator" in to "fix it". They literally took SOS cleaning pads stuffed them in the hole and called it a day! They didn't inspect the other rooms nor the other surrounding units! If you like living with rodents then this place is perfect for you, if not, LEAVE NOW! not to mentions the very bad centipede ...problem they have. Current & Very Pleased Resident
February 26, 2018I have lived here for the past year and I don't ever wanna leave. My beautiful apartment has never felt more like home. The residents are also so kind and the area is safe and quite. It truly is the kind of place I feel safe with my door unlocked. I have had zero maintenance issues over the past year. The apartment manager has been by far the best part. From day one liked her and she has been so kind. Beechmont Bluffs is the first place I can really call home. This place is awful
March 25, 2017Lived here two years, management changed constantly. Current management is extremely rude and unprofessional. Issues within the building are never actually taken care of they just put up a childish note in the hall asking other tenants to report people!! They never fix anything(waited months for a simple repair) and say they do "preventative" pest control but there are centipedes and spiders. Don't even bother sending in a maintenance request online because that'll get nowhere. The heat barely ...works and the hot water lasts about 15 minutes. There are never parking spots in the lot, and it is located up a huge hill that is extremely unsafe to drive up and down. (not enough space for two cars to pull in and out) Don't get pulled in by the cheap rent like I did. Don't move here
March 18, 2016Always something sketchy happening in the building/ parking lot. Loud, obnoxious tenants recently moved in. Several large construction vans parked in the lot, taking up a lot of space. Obviously management doesn't care. I can't wait to move out.Review from Apartments.com

August 21, 2015Completely renovated units. New carpeting, stainless steel appliances, warm toned wall color, and balconies in select units. Very quiet area with helpful staff.
