August 10, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comVery old building. Floors are paper thin. I advise you live on a top floor. Elevators are down frequently. Lots of flooding I'm u it's. Units are either hot or cold in the winter. Traffic is horrendous on Chagrin. Units have insects also, long centipedes. Neighborhood is fairly safe. Cops are always near by.
