Would not recommend
August 10, 2016Very old building. Floors are paper thin. I advise you live on a top floor. Elevators are down frequently. Lots of flooding I'm u it's. Units are either hot or cold in the winter. Traffic is horrendous on Chagrin. Units have insects also, long centipedes. Neighborhood is fairly safe. Cops are always near by.Review from Apartments.com
