I lived here for two years and I am about to move out. The leasing office is nearly impossible to get a hold of, maintenance is a joke, the property is in need of an overhaul. Several months ago they swapped out our perfectly good appliances for the cheapest black appliances available, the dishwasher is incapable of washing more than a few dishes at a time and the fridge is now much smaller. Maintenance does somewhat regular inspections but don’t do anything that I can see, my air filters need to ...
be changed and I have lights that have been out for months that I ended up replacing. When you call maintenance they never let you know when they will be in your apartment and never leave a note to let you know they had been there. There is only one dumpster that is almost constantly overflowing and the pool always seems to open late and close early and is never clean, there are always tons of bugs and leaves and it is typically discolored. I have bugs in my kitchen despite every effort on my part to get rid of them and who knows if the office ever got my many emails regarding this because they have never responded. I cannot wait until my move in date for my new place, this complex is a disgusting mess.

I've always wanted to live in this area. Beechwood was the best pick so affordable and very nicely kept. The leasing process was smooth and easy. I was showed my actual unit. Great customer service. Its been months in my place and I'm still happy about choosing Beechwood as my home!

I MOVED INTO AN APARTMENT THAT HAD GROWING MOLD IN BOTH THE SHOWER AND TOILET, THERE ARE ALSO MANY DIFFERENT BUGS THAT APPEAR IN DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE HOME. Put in an application here and paid the app fee. I called to check on the status and they couldn’t find my application and tried to tell me no money was paid. Basically they took my money and didn’t care. She kept telling me she’s call me back and never received any response from anyone. That totally turned me away
