I absolutely love living at Been Road Villas! My 3 bedroom, 3 bath duplex home is the perfect layout with finishes and details I did not expect in a rental property. I love the neighborhood feel, compared to an apartment complex, yet still get to enjoy amenities like our swimming pool and dog park. It’s a very quiet neighborhood, but super convenient to so many things to do in the area. The management team is wonderful! This townhome community is truly a hidden gem. It’s peaceful, pet-friendly, and full of great amenities like a clean pool and a spacious dog park. The staff is amazing — always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any requests. Maintenance is fast and reliable. The neighborhood is quiet and beautifully maintained, with plenty of green space to enjoy. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed, welcoming community!

This is an amazing place to live. The staff is great and they are very helpful. They are quick to respond if you have a maintenance problem and they take care of it. There is a nice pool and a little dog park.
