My 3 bedroom, 3 bath duplex home is the perfect layout with finishes and details I did not expect in a rental property. I love the neighborhood feel, compared to an apartment complex, yet still get to enjoy amenities like our swimming pool and dog park. The new duplexes on Birdmaster are beautiful and although some things arose that were unforeseen as they are brand new units and I am the first one to live there, they addressed and fixed the issues quickly and in a way that worked with my schedule. I recommend this business to all especially newcomers to the area!

We have been here a couple of months and have already noticed that the area is well kept, beautiful, and the homes are smartly made. We are in a duplex and have not once heard our neighbors on either side. The architect that designed the spaces put a lot of thought into what parts of the homes would touch and it shows. The pool is lovely and never crowded, the sidewalks are great for evening ...strolls, and the management team has been wonderfully kind and attentive. Would highly recommend to any families that are looking for someplace safe, clean, and that still has a garage but you don’t want to deal with yard work.Read More
