August 24, 2025I absolutely love living at Been Road Villas! My 3 bedroom, 3 bath duplex home is the perfect layout with finishes and details I did not expect in a rental property. I love the neighborhood feel, compared to an apartment complex, yet still get to enjoy amenities like our swimming pool and dog park. It’s a very quiet neighborhood, but super convenient to so many things to do in the area. The management team is wonderful! The layout is thoughtfully designed, and the hardwood floors throughout add a warm, elegant touch that’s both stylish and low-maintenance. The neighborhood is quiet and respectful, with excellent schools nearby and a local park featuring pickleball courts, making it ideal for families and outdoor enthusiasts. We have been here a couple of months and have already noticed that the area is well kept, beautiful, and the homes are smartly made. We are in a duplex and have not once heard our neighbors on either side. The architect that designed the spaces put a lot of thought into what parts of the homes would touch and it shows. The pool is lovely and never crowded, the sidewalks are great for evening ...strolls, and the management team has been wonderfully kind and attentive.
