    -Unit wasn’t ready on move in day. Smelly fridge and dead roaches in kitchen and bathroom -No vent in the bathroom -Mold in the bathroom -Sewers overflow into 1st floor units -Pools are rarely cleaned and green 90% of the time -Leasing office staff quit all the time -Dog poop everywhere (problem with neighbors, not property managers) -Water shut offs every 3-4 months for whatever reason -Neighbors complain about “brown water” from the tap (I never experienced it) -Field mice, snakes, and bugs ...
    enter units whenever field is cut -Laundry rooms break down -Rent keeps increasing when lease is over -AC’s break down during summer 100F heat -Roaches all the time -Broken empty promises from leasing office on maintenance status -Car broken into and no security or camera -Fitness center never opened -Still have not received deposit refund or itemization since moving out in May 2023. currently August 2023 I have had 4 rounds of changing office staff and managers and they just inherit the problems of the previous staff with no clear solution. Good luck if you choose this place

    Been trying to get them to fix the problems in my apartment for months. Slow maintenance or just dont care. Wouldn't renew lease if you paid me. Plus the staff especially the management is rude. No help and barely in the office.
