February 14, 2026No dishwasher for months on end My dishwasher has not worked properly for at least 2 months. Now there is a leak in the kitchen pipes under my sink. I am washing dishes for a family of four in the bathroom sink as a result. This is not acceptable. Repeated maintenance requests have not been answered. A family feel community
October 10, 2024Bel Air Estates has friendly neighbors in my building. Neighbors look after each other here. Also, many residents safely walk their pets. This is one way to get exercise. My son likes the convenience of the gym on property. Maintenance works hard to get your repairs done as soon as possible. The property manager will explain any questions you have about lease.
