I have debated writing this review while I both currently live at this complex and I feel that a few problems here and there are expected. While I have had several issues with this apartment complex, they all pale in comparison to the condition of the apartment they turned over to us as “ready.” This ready apartment does not have a working heater, there is water damage on every single drawer surface. bottle to the entrance of the apartments. The toilet seat rocks when you sit on it. The tile in the master bathroom is sticky and has actually slid under the shower. I emailed these issues to the property and the manager and I wasn’t even afforded the courtesy of a response. I am completely and utterly dissatisfied at this point. I would recommend you look elsewhere for a home for your family.
