Place to be !
September 20, 2022As a resident living here for one year, I have decided to renew my lease for the following reasons . The staff here is exponential and phenomenal. They work together and no matter how many times you call about the same issue they would make sure that they come and fix it the day the work order is created. The maintenance will try their best to make sure that they come within the week your work order was scheduled. This is 1000% of family friendly apartment complex. They have a area to clean the ...interior of your car and a basketball court along with a playground for the children.. They also have a pool and a barbecue area just wish the clubhouse would be open until a later time Because it is typically close at 6 o'clock which is a bummer because on Friday nights a lot of people would like to take advantage of the clubhouse that is being paid for. This could be fixed with the the staff on the property Working together to close it at a later time. December 30, 2020Let me say this complex is amazing. Gabe and Vanessa at the leasing office are an All-Star team. This complex has gone above and beyond to make sure all my needs where met. The neighborhood is very clean, quiet, the apartments are spacious, well maintained and the maintenance team is always on task. The leasing office host all kinds of events everything from wine and paint night to pet photo shoots the list goes on and on. The pool is spotless and the fitness center is well maintained. THIS COMPLEX IS A GROSS WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
April 12, 2019To compliment their rude staff they have a very interesting application process. They charge a $70 non-refundable application fee, not uncommon. But on top of that they charge a $150 admin fee that they take out or your account right away. When they deny your application for whatever reason they will return your $150 30 days later via a mailed paper check. When you challenge this less then ethical practice you will be met with rude and abrasive office staff. This complex is apart of a larger ...community of complexes owned by Contravest in Florida. All of them practice this same application model, don't waste your money on this very backwards way of doing business!Property Manager Responded

No Place Like Home
September 23, 2015It's quiet here. The grounds are clean and well maintained. Management is very friendly. The place is pet friendly and will allow larger breed dogs. The layout of my apartment is good and having a washer and dryer in the unit is fantastic. But the thing I like best is my kitchen. It's large with lots of counter space and electrical outlets. One of the first things you notice is everyone is happy. Smiling faces greet you everywhere you go. They are never to busy to help you. They always acknowledge you when you come into the office. They treat you as part of a community not someone renting an apartment. it is super pet friendly here. They have a dog park here. My ...apartment overlooks it. I watch each night as people from the apartments take their dogs there. Everyone is talking and friendly. July 21, 2015When looking for places to rent, sometimes it can be tough, especially when you have pets. I love the fact that your pets are welcome! Inside the apartment, you have, of course, your major appliances, including a washer and dryer. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. If you need anything, you call, email or just walk in to the office. There is a pool, workout room, computer lab and a dog park. Lawn care is done weekly, as well as pest control.
