October 9, 2023This place is not a good place to stay, neighbors are horrible- no respect, maintenance never answer the phone! The front desk staff NEVER answers the phone, they quick to want their rent but not quick to help with apartments concerns. I would not refer anyone here. I CANT WAIT TO LEAVE ! The pool has been closed for over 2 years and the one in the middle is always dirty, filter is broken! Don't let the pictures fool you, it don't look like this at all!!!!Review from Apartments.com
RUDE STAFF
April 28, 2023I scheduled an appointment based off of their availability and when I showed up I was told they were not open. Then was only offered a "Virtual Tour". Who on earth rents by virtual tours only? I told them I had driven over there to physically see the apartment not virtual and that they set up the appointment times not me. They asked that I come back at 10 but couldn't guarantee a tour. If they just did not want to work on a Friday I wish they just said that before I wasted my gas driving there. ...This was a sign to not live here along with the reviews I am reading. July 9, 2022Trash EVERYWHERE. Bugs EVERYWHERE. Office is unhelpful. I’ve lived here for awhile and have had 7-8 major leaks into my apartment from neighboring apartments. They won’t come and fix these types of things. The parking lot floods to the point of damaging your cars. I found a bullet casing next to my car one morning. WALLS AND CEILING ARE PAPER THIN And neighbors are LOUD.Review from Apartments.com

Affordable but embarrassing and gross.
April 25, 2021I have lived here two years, I got a new car recently and management is refusing to give me a new parking sticker so my car doesn't get towed without proof of sale of my previous vehicle which I junked. I need to park in visitor parking every day which is horribly unkept with HUGE potholes, nails and glass everywhere. The pool, pond, hallways, laundry room, Park and parking lot are always dirty and dangerous a lot of the time. I have bandaged up all the neighborhood kids at some point because ...they are getting cut with glass at the park. The pool is so bad we had to buy rec passes to use the city pools. The pond is a actual hazard to humans and animals, (some rare and endangered birds live here). New Management is doing an awful job. And they aren't even trying.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
