Belcourt Apartment is a gated apartment community in North Bakersfield. We offer new 1 and 2 bedroom apartment homes for rent featuring a host of modern amenities. January 16, 2023First, this is a very nice place at first glance. It's gated, and the grounds are well manicured. However, in order for both of those to be accomplished, they do so on the backs of their tenants. Watering the lawn is done multiple times throughout the day, regardless of seasons. The office management is only there to collect their paychecks. But I will say that the maintenance man is the best guy ever! He takes care of the tenants and loves his job! Should you move in, prepare to lose your ...desposit when you move out. Even if you spent 8 hours straight cleaning the unit after moving your stuff out, and before you turned in your keys, they will still charge you a cleaning fee, a carpet cleaning fee, lightblub replacement, ice tray replacement and new paint from baseboards to 6ft high. Why 6ft high? Because "that's only as tall as the next tenant will look." Less than $60 back out of a $750 deposit. Renter be warned!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
