Worst experience ever
November 18, 2019Ive rented with multiple apartments in the past.In the 6 months span I was living here it was beyond unprofessional. Leasing office had no empathy when it came to pest.The particular apartment I had was mouse infested.Killed about 3 a month in a perfectly clean apartment,and I was taken advantage of as well. I understand a hole in a wall affordable apartment but the leasing office can’t be trusted.Not to mention the high school kids that sit on your porch being noisy,that are known to break in ...apartments doesn’t help either.just tear it down.Property Manager Responded

Stay away far away
June 14, 2019Lived there for one year and it was a mistake. Roaches, mice, loud neighbors and no parking after 6pm and for the rent amount these apartments were too small and wayyyyyy too many problems with maintenance. So to future residents STAY AWAY!!!!!Property Manager Responded

STAY AWAY!!!!
February 24, 2019If I could score this no stars I would! ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAYYYY!!! especially if you have small children! There are roaches and mice everywhere! You call to complain and they’ll send someone out ONE day and never see anything be done again! Rent is way beyond pricey for this hole in the wall! Roaches crawling up the wall is constantly happening, can’t even have visitors because it is beyond embarrassing! Disgusting
January 14, 2019I've been loving her for 3 years now. I moved in because I needed a place as soon as possible and it seems relatively clean. Biggest regret of my life. The complex is infested with roaches. In these 3 years I've only been able to get pest control twice. The first time, they didn't do anything besides leaving what looked like mouse traps. They do not work on roaches. The second time, I had a notice that they were by while I was at work but there we're zero signs of treatment. Office staff is ...incompetent and always has the nastiest scealnt sachet in the office that make my nose feel like it's on fire. I recently got married and when I asked about having to add my husband to the lease they told me I didn't have to. When we went on our honeymoon, we asked about the emergency gas shut off switch. We wanted to shut the gas off while we were gone as a precaution. Office staff actually told us "The gas isn't on unless you turn it on and use it." They have no concept of how utilities work or even how a stove works. Since September, the roach infestation has exploded. Everytime we go into the office there is someone there complaining about them and we kill no less than twenty a day in our own apartment. They appear to be nesting in the roof as we always find them crawling down the walls from the vaulted ceiling. My husband went by the office on January 7th, 2019 to try and get them to send pest control again he was told we were added to the list. He went by today, January 14th, to find out when they would be by and they said we were still on the list and they would be by today. They mentioned that he wasn't on the lease but didn't tell him anything about it being a problem. By the end of the day, still no pest control. He went by the office again, as I was already on my way to work, and they told him that they can't send pest control without the leaseholders permission and that they called me. Not only did they never bring up that he needed to be on the lease, but they also never called me. I had to angrily call the office to get them to take care of the infestation they refuse to treat and was told that now I need to wait another week and that all of a suddenly I am the only one that can make any sort of request for services at the office. Belcrest Plaza Apartments
January 7, 2019I have a 2 friends an his families living in there (different buildings). When you call for anything to be fix, they will take forever to do. One of the ladies at the office has the WORST customer service. They do not realize that they have a job because of the RESIDENTS!. But, of course if you are late in your payments then you will see an outstanding and fast work by the office requiring you to leave your apartment. Also, there are roaches everywhere. The worst
April 4, 2016Living here 3 years. Office staff are rude bullies. No matter how clean you keep your apartment there will be mice and roaches, they are residents. Stoves are tiny, ask someone to see their apartment because the model is a lie . I asked for a new stove and it took them OVER A YEAR to bring me one they tore out of the old apartments that has a wire hanging down the middle of it. They told me there was nothing wrong with my first stove but last I checked, chicken isn't supposed to cook in 10 ...minutes on 200degrees. Don't move here! Overpriced! They evicted ppl left and right to make room for the ppl who are getting put out due to Reno. September 26, 2015I have been living here for 3 1/2 years and I haven't had major problems. Rarely I see a roach or a mice. Maintenance comes in a proper time to fix anything that needs to be fix.
