Belgrove Court is in an extremely walkable area, just a few blocks from the new Sound Transit Station on Broadway! A short walk south puts you in the popular Pike/Pine corridor, where nightlife, shopping, and endless dining options await, and a similar short walk west brings you to South Lake Union and downtown. These beautiful apartments are in a security-minded building, each with its own private deck and in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, large closet, full bath, full-size hot water heater and breakfast bar. Carpet and hardwood-style resilient vinyl floors are both available. Huge updated double-pane windows provide energy efficiency and sound insulation. It's assigned spots only, we have space available now, $185/mo. Utilities are metered in each apartment, we recommend budgeting $75/mo per occupant to cover electric, water and trash. The building is locally owned and our management staff has been a part of the Belgrove Court community for more than 18 years. Fast response to maintenance needs, electronic package lockers, on-site manager presence to answer questions and address concerns, a controlled-access building with security cameras throughout the common area... this adds up to hands-on management that is becoming a rarity in the Seattle area. Lying Landlord
June 13, 2024I was sent a video of my apartment before I moved in because I could not tour in person. When I arrived, I found out that they had showed me a different apartment with a much bigger balcony. I specifically asked about the balcony, and was told that they were exactly the same. If you are moving in DO NOT expect the apartment to be clean. When I first arrived, the floors were caked with dirt, there were nail clippings in the bathroom, rotting food under the fridge, and so much dust on the blinds ...that it made me choke. Shortly after I moved in, I saw that many tenants were moving out. I asked why they were leaving, and they said that they were informed that the only elevator was going to be under construction for THREE MONTHS! I was never told about this before signing the lease, and I've also never heard of a 3 month elevator construction project. During the elevator construction, the key scanner to enter the building was removed without the tenants being informed. I got locked outside and tried to call the building manager, but his phone was turned off. I was locked outside the building for over 2 hours before someone let me in.
