November 24, 2017I just moved from here, canceled my lease early because I couldn't stand living there. Literally live anywhere else but here. Management changes all the time. It's not a non smoking facility and neighbors smoke like they breath. Parking is horrible. Nothing in the streets and hardly any inside. Sketch people everywhere. Barking dogs everywhere. They will literally charge you for everything and anything once you move out. They will take as much of your deposit and they can and more. If you don't ...have to live here, dont. Worst complex I have ever lived in and wouldn't want my worst enemy here. That's how bad it is. The 6 months I was there, almost all my neighbors moved. It's my first apartment.
September 26, 2015My landlord is a very nice friendly lady, as is the maintenance man. No one causes any trouble really. Dogs barking is a big issue here. The laundry room is small and limited and not a lot of people are mindful that others have to do laundry too. Not a lot of English speaking people. A lot of children running around on a daily basis. No central air. Liveable. Could be better but it is my first apartment.Review from Apartments.com
A noisy paradise in the 'hood....
July 21, 2015It may not be in the most quiet, quaint complex in the world, but it's definitely a decent first apartment. While it can be noisy at times, the grounds are well maintained and the manager, for the most part, is very friendly and helpful. Parking is a bit of an issue, but with a little luck and perseverance, you can find a spot in the cul de sac. The apartments are pretty large and have a nice little patio. There is also a pool in the complex but alas, no jacuzzi. You are allowed one assigned ...space per room in your apartment (2 spaces for a 2 bd, etc.) and the spaces are covered and kept clean. Pets are also allowed too so you can bring the whole family! All-in-all, while it may not be the fanciest place you'll ever live, it's pretty nice for the price. So invest a nice surround sound system to block out the noisy kids and come on down to Belinda where home is what you make it!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Bad experience
August 9, 2015The place has roaches. The repair man does not know what he's doing. Nothing gets fixed right. There's never any parking. Manger is never here. We have people here that like party and hang out in the front,till 1 or 2 in the morning. Don't recommend this place.Review from Apartments.com
