Great location!
- walking distance to a nice park, grocery store, Starbucks, lots of restaurants, and Oakridge mall (no need to deal with parking just to see a movie!)
- short drive to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Homegoods/TJMaxx, BB&B, or Costco
- Easy access to highways 87 and 85
Recent updates include:
- bocce ball court
- well-equipped fitness center (with a rower and kettlebells!)
- fitness studio room with spin bikes, TRX, and virtual classes on a big screen TV
- hammocks
- community BBQ ...
areas and fire pits
- package lockers (no worrying about package theft)
- small, enclosed dog park space
Leasing office and maintenance staff are quick to respond.
Separate AC/heating in each bedroom and living area if you're on the third floor!

The apartment complex is really close to a grocery store, banks, great eateries, coffee shops, miscellaneous stores and one of the best malls in the city. Most places in the area are within walking distance. It also helps that the neighborhood is safe and close to schools and daycares. Its a little pricey like most places in this city but its in a great location.

The location is stellar. Easy access to shopping and major freeways. And that is where the good part ends. The place has gone totally downhill since the new management company took over. Zero security. Pedestrian access gates remain broken for months at a time. Sketchy people roaming around at all hours. Unresponsive office staff. Repairs that take 2 or 3 times to get sone property. And you can get all of that for an annual 12% increase in your rent.
