February 18, 2026It has been a great experience living at Bell Alpharetta. From the very beginning, we have felt welcomed and comfortable in this community. The neighbors are friendly and respectful, which has created a peaceful and pleasant environment. The administration team has been attentive, professional, and responsive whenever we have had questions or needed support, which we truly appreciate. The overall area is also a big plus. The location is convenient, safe, and well maintained, with easy access to ...shopping, restaurants, and main roads. February 17, 2026The windows and doors are not well sealed, so the heat from inside leaves as soon as the HVAC is turned off and the cold enters very fast. The frames of the window in the bedroom where not cleaned when we arrived. It is full of dust and bugs.Property Manager Responded

January 22, 20261) Not super happy with the neighbors, too much poop not being picked up, noises late at night. 2) Poor vendor management: I was expecting a repair and the team wasn't able to provide me with a specific window of time for me to wait for the workers. Even worse, they gave me 2 times on Thursday and Friday, and never let me know that the vendor canceled, so I just stayed waiting. January 22, 2026Community is safe bc Alpharetta police department is next door. Only issues are people who live near you but they do not follow rules here. Parent here allow their kids yelling and screaming middle of the day. As for me, community is safe then it’s good for me. Maintenance people are on point. Nice place, terrible assistant manager
January 17, 2026The location is convenient, situated next to Avalon and downtown Alpharetta. The leasing team was good, always professional and helpful. However, there were ongoing issues. I lived next to the tennis courts, and the lights were broken and would not turn off. This issue persisted for a couple of months and was only addressed after I raised the concern again; even then, it took two additional weeks to resolve. I also encountered cockroaches from time to time, though maintenance was quick to come ...out and spray. When my lease came up for renewal, Emely the assistant manager offered the same terms as my previous lease & did not negotiate. At the time, other size apartments were over $100 cheaper a month in the complex. When I decline, they listed the apartment at a cheaper price online. Fast forward to move out day, I received news of my father’s passing. Scrambling to get home, which was out of state, I accidentally dropped off the wrong keys. I tried multiple times contacting via phone and email to return their keys and get my keys back. No answer for over a week and then I received an email saying I owe over $600 for moving out! Finally I was able to contact after calling the corporate office and making a big deal. Emely was heartless and terrible, she handled the situation poorly and didn’t return my keys. If you choose to live here I recommend working with anyone but her.Property Manager Responded

December 22, 2025I love living here, for the most part. I love the layout of the apartment, the size of my bathroom, walk-in closet and laundry room and I absolutely love my garage. I have lived here for over 20 years and I honestly don’t ever want to move! There is one thing that I hate and that is INCONSIDERATE NEIGHBORS who talk on their cellphones or have loud conversations with each other as they walk through the breezeways!!!! I also hate it when people allow their doors to slam - make an audible sound ...that is not soft - people have got to realize that we ALL SHARE THE SAME “FRONT PORCH” - do they need to be QUIET anytime they are not actually INSIDE of their apartment.Property Manager Responded
