Other than my experience with a very loud ac unit outside my bedroom window the last 5 years have been wonderful. All my service requests have been answered asap. I wish that this ac unit could be fixed. I'm awaked almost every night from the noise its making.

The management is terrible!!! They never respond to any issues in a timely manner or when they do that are completely dismissive. I have been a resident for 3 years and am so disappointed with how this is going. A repair was needed in my unit because of mold and it took 3 weeks and in the meantime I couldn’t stay in my apartment and they would not even compensate my rent
