June 27, 2022Since new apartment manager in place, everything seems at peace and confidence restored with communication and needs. Maintenance is very good here, polite and do their best. Manager is open to communicate and shows desire to discuss, but is honest in what can be done and I appreciate that. I feel safe now and everything getting back to normal. I have found the grounds and amenity spaces to be clean and safe, the office and maintenance staff to be friendly and responsive, and the location ideal. It is close to Bowie High School. There are also many places to shop within 10-15 minutes, as well as access to both Routes 1 and 35. My apartment is set back from the main road; roadway noise has not been a problem here. We felt comfortable moving into Bell South, as our son and 2 granddaughters Have lived here 17 months-problem free.
