I have lived here for about 3 years now and have had an overall great experience! The property is very clean, trash service is reliable, location is tucked away, and overall it feels safe. The only big issue since I’ve been here is the parking garage not being super secure but management is great at communicating any issues

I like the area that’s number one. I like that apartments are newish. Downside - noisy upstairs neighbors, elevator entry fob broken from over a month at B2 level, gym and pool is closed more than open.

It’s been okay here so far, my car got broken into as soon as I moved in and nothing was done about it, the gym just got reopened after being closed for awhile, my upstairs neighbors are super noisy and the security officer line is not even someone onsite. The units themselves are nice and maintenance is good !
