I have lived here for about 3 years now and have had an overall great experience! The property is very clean, trash service is reliable, location is tucked away, and overall it feels safe. The only big issue since I’ve been here is the parking garage not being super secure but management is great at communicating any issues

I can’t say it enough that I enjoy living at Bell Buckhead West. It is convenient for my life and I have no complaints. The staff has always been wonderful maintenance team is amazing and always resolves my issues quickly.

I like the area that’s number one. I like that apartments are newish. Downside - noisy upstairs neighbors, elevator entry fob broken from over a month at B2 level, gym and pool is closed more than open.

It’s been okay here so far, my car got broken into as soon as I moved in and nothing was done about it, the gym just got reopened after being closed for awhile, my upstairs neighbors are super noisy and the security officer line is not even someone onsite. The units themselves are nice and maintenance is good !

The process was super easy. From touring, to filling out the application, uploading documents etc. The online process made it super simple to follow. Once approved, Jasmine reached out immediately and made the next steps even easier to navigate. Jasmine was so kind and sweet, responsive and kind enough to answer any questions. The apartment so far is beautiful, quiet and welcoming!
