We have lived here for more than 26 years and love the location, the apartment, the amenities, and especially the leasing and maintenance staff! We park our cars on the level we live on, so no lugging stuff up an elevator. We are a block from the trolley that takes us to the Lightning games and Ybor City. Our apartment is spacious and modern. What more could anyone want?

Nice apartment, love the high ceilings. Good neighbors, haven't had issues with staff or anything. Love that they added debit payments for rent as well! Only complaint is the large incline to get into the parking garage, my car scrapes.

Good size rooms, decent amenities, package situation is not ideal and property management has random rules. Other than that a nice place to live.

I love everything about this building. The location is amazing and the amenities are great and always clean. The traffic noise is loud but aside from that I’ve enjoyed my experience so far!

I have lived at Bell Channelside for about 16 years. I like it here for lots of reasons. First, I like my apartment living-mate. We have been married for 60 years. I like the Bell staff, who make living here easy. The men workings in maintenance always are quick to respond, always know what to do, and do the repairs in a pleasant manner. I could move, but I don’t move because I like it here.

Good location and maintenance staff. Package system is disorganized, paid for Parcel system for them to just remove it. 4th floor just recently flooded. Pest issues. Garage door is always broken and sometimes code to get guests in don't work. Plastic parking pass is very expensive to replace even if it breaks you have to pay to replace it.

I love living with Bell Channelside. They go out of their way to ensure that our home is safe, efficient, and stylish. My husband and I have lived here for 16 years and that speaks volumes about the services they provide. The location is perfect for us as we are Tampa Bay Lightning die hard fans and thus has an easy run to the arena on the free trolley. Our apartment is spacious and equipped with all the modern appliances. The staff are fabulous and maintenance is top shelf!

Moved in about a week ago and im loving it! Its quiet in my unit, the floors are super solid (im on the top floor) I dont feel like I have to be aware of my foot steps to be a good neighbor. The courtyards are super nice and spacious and I love how close we are to the dog park!
