December 7, 2025I am an early morning person. When the maintenance group arrives I see them walking the property, picking up what needs to be picked up and cleaning that which needs to be cleaned. Most residents do not see what makes Bell Apts so clean and why the building smells so clean. More praises for the maintenance team.Review from Apartments.com

October 24, 2025So far it's been absolutely great. Now just to get used to the traffic and toll roads lol. In all seriousness the weather, people, food, etc, is great here. I have been exploring Bell and the neighborhood and there is so much to do. Also, if you have friends or family coming, you can have them hang out at our Entertainment, Pool, or one of the many courtyards available here.Property Manager Responded

September 26, 2025I’ve had a good experience living here overall. The location is excellent, very convenient for getting around, and the building is generally well-maintained. The staff is helpful and professional, which makes day-to-day living easier. The only downside is that some of the doors are often broken or make a loud noise when closing, which can be a bit disruptive. Otherwise, it’s a solid place to live.Property Manager Responded

August 27, 2025My wife and I arrived at Bell Channelside about 15 years ago, bright sunny day. Everything about 1120 East Twiggs Street has change since then except the enjoyment of living here.
