February 28, 2026There are not nearly enough community events. The few that have been offered in the past few months have been clearly minimal effort by the staff. The residence is well kept though.Property Manager Responded
March 9, 2026Hello Michael, Thank you for your review and four stars on our community. As it's the beginning of the year we do not have a lot of events planned out. However, we are still offering events. We have a cereal day breakfast and also a contest to win a gift card for 4 different units. We also, decided to dedicate last month to the dogs of our community. We plan to have many more events in the future, so I apologize if we are making you feel there are many events.

February 20, 2026Overall I do enjoy living here. Our unit is nice and spacious, but we had to make some minor repairs ourselves before moving in. The location is GREAT, and noise is not an issue despite being close to busy roads. The gym is nice and has many machines, though some are broken. The dog bathing area is very convenient! The pool seems nice as well, but we have not used it yet. The courtyards are okay, but we don't really use them as they're all basically the same. Biggest issues are cleanliness, the ...mailroom, and security. There is often pet excrement in the garage, elevators, and walking areas outside and it is not cleaned up. The mailroom doesn't really work well. Deliver drivers rarely use the lockers and usually leave packages in the wrong location. We were told we would get them by our door, but that has only happened two times total. There is trash in the mail area too. The doors inside are often unlocked which is unsettling. January 19, 2026I relocated from the DMV which in and of itself was stressful. Nate’s assistance throughout the rental process made my transition to Tampa as seamless as possible. Upon my arrival I was impressed with the quick and easy process of retrieving my keys and beginning to get settled into my new home. Renting a home site unseen in real life was pretty nerve wrecking. December 12, 2025Life at Bell Channelside is relaxing and very convenient to all the activities in Water Street Tampa thanks to the nearby free trolley. Our apartment is spacious, modern, and quiet. Parking is easy as we park on the same level as we live. The staff in the leasing office are so friendly and eager to assist whenever needed. And the maintenance staff is amazing! December 7, 2025I am an early morning person. When the maintenance group arrives I see them walking the property, picking up what needs to be picked up and cleaning that which needs to be cleaned. October 24, 2025So far it's been absolutely great. Now just to get used to the traffic and toll roads lol. In all seriousness the weather, people, food, etc, is great here. I have been exploring Bell and the neighborhood and there is so much to do. Also, if you have friends or family coming, you can have them hang out at our Entertainment, Pool, or one of the many courtyards available here.Property Manager Responded

September 26, 2025I’ve had a good experience living here overall. The location is excellent, very convenient for getting around, and the building is generally well-maintained. The staff is helpful and professional, which makes day-to-day living easier. The only downside is that some of the doors are often broken or make a loud noise when closing, which can be a bit disruptive. Otherwise, it’s a solid place to live.Property Manager Responded
