October 13, 2016Hi my is Jim and I wanted to let everyone know about my great experience at Bell Estates. Bell Estates Apartments are by far the best experience I have ever had with renting. I have been in 10 different apartments in the last 6 months due to my job. First the Apartment Manager Abby is unbelievable. She cares about every single one of her clients and treats them like family. She is the first manager I have ever seen have a cook out for everyone that lives there. They also provide wifi to ...everyone for free. I did have one issue with a drip under the sink. I sent it to the maintenance on line and they were there the next day to fix it. The other residence there are all very friendly. They do let dogs and cats for pets there but all are well picked up after and the owners are very good about making sure the animals are under control. If you are looking for top notch service, clean and beautiful units, paid utilizes for water, sewage, trash, and a low electric bill. This is the place for you. It was mine and my bf's first place together, and we loved it here...free wifi, a fitness center and brand new when we moved in. April 25, 2016Bell Estates is a beautiful apartment complex! Very clean both inside and outside! The staff here is very welcoming and friendly, as well as very informative! The fitness center that's open 24/7 is an extra bonus that I love having access too! The fact that they allow both cats and dogs is also a huge bonus! A good feeling is knowing that there is 24/7 maintenance that is very quick to respond and very thorough with their work! Home away from home
April 15, 2016I leased an apartment from Bell Estates because I was working here in the area for a short amount of time. They allow short term leases and my dog. Never had any issues here when I was here, I am happy to call Bell Estates my home. It was difficult for me to go from Kansas to Michigan but Abby made my experience simple and laid all my steps out for me which was easy to follow. I am located on the first floor and have washer and dryer hookups which is very important to me when moving into an apartment. They have 24 hour emergency maintenance that is very convenient. They also allow both cats and dogs as well. The management here is also one of the best I have had in an apartment complex. They are SO friendly and ALWAYS willing to help. October 10, 2015Brand new buildings and apartments. Was a joy to know I was the first to live in my apartment. Beautiful apartment with top of the line fixtures and granet counter tops. Hard wood floors and spacious rooms and closets. What more could a girl ask for. The staff are very nice and welcoming. A very nice fitness center at my disposal 24 hours a day.
