We moved from New Mexico to Austin and I looked a lot of places. Luzelena made the best impression from the beginning and was truly one of the 3 reasons we chose Bell Four Points as our place to call home. She was extremely profressional, kind, patient, and took her time to explain everything we needed to know and even did a virtual tour for us on Facetime. I will say we were really turned off by the manager at the time and that did almost make us not want to rent here, but truly Luzelena made ...
all the difference in our decision. The unit is very spacious, so homey, and the shower is the best shower I have ever taken in my life. Reasonable priced and great area. So happy to this place home.

Location is amazing! Apartment is nice. Moving in was disappointing. Bad smell in apartment and everything was dirty. Haven’t used amenities yet. Office staff are nice.

The staff are helpful and nice, the apartment at move in was great apart from some minor cosmetic defects. It can be tough to find parking if you don't also buy covered parking or a garage. Heb and target are immediately across the street. Overall really good place.
