disappointing experience
December 4, 2025I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The costumer service was extremely poor from the moment I arrived. The staff were unhelpful, unfriendly and made no effort to assist or provide clear information. It felt as if they didn’t care at all about their costumers. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There are many other options with much better service and a more professional attitude.Review from Apartments.com

August 19, 2024The best thing this community has is the staff. They are friendly, professional, and polite. Hicela, Jeanette, Jessica, Dayro, Manuel, and including the cleaning staff. They all go out of their way to try their very best in keeping this community clean. Although unfortunately some residence do not help with that. Which is sad. May 27, 2024The staff, they are all awesome. They are always doing their best to keep this place clean. It is just that some residents do not help. But the staff, they go out of their way to do so. To keep it as clean as possible and everything running well. They are fast processing and responding to maintenance request also. Not unless there is something beyond their control. Bridges at Kendall Place staff are always amazing. If only some residents will be considerate by been cleaner and less noisy it will ...be even better.Property Manager Responded

Finding parking near your unit at late hours is a bit tedious and the interior of the apartments, while kept in good condition, could use some updating.
