August 15, 2024My experience here has been okay. I am happy with my apartment and maintenance is done quickly when I request it. However, the community amenities, such as the dog wash, are not maintained well, and we are charged a lot of junk fees, such as 25 dollars a month for Valet Trash, water and utilities for the clubhouse, and "convenience fees" for paying the rent online. You can get a nicer and less expensive place elsewhere when you factor in all the nickel and diming.Property Manager Responded

August 1, 2024The apartments are modern and well sized., with high ceilings. Only first-floor units have bathtubs, with just one outlet in the bathroom/walk-in closet area! The contracted landscape company keeps the grounds tidy, but onsite maintenance does not clean the dumpster areas. Most residents feel it's not right to be billing for valet trash service most don't use and not using that money towards the upkeep of these areas. The clubhouse, fitness , and pool areas are nice . Management offers events ...sometimes which are a great way to meet neighbors. Unfortunately, my experience with office communication has been very poor; I have called and sent emails regarding an ongoing legal and lease violation involving neighbors and their dogs, but those have gone unanswered, which is very unprofessional. The community's location is convenient, but it does border another community that gets quite a bit of police activity, which is scary. Without the negatives, it would be a five-star community.Property Manager Responded

July 22, 2024We have loved living in Luna Bella apartments. It is such a clean and quiet community. Community amenities are well taken care of, and everything in our unit seems to be functioning well since moving into our place in June. The staff members in the leasing office are incredibly friendly and helpful. The complex is very dog friendly, and we are so happy in our new home!Property Manager Responded
