When I arrived to the complex we were welcomed with a welcome sign and a small gift basket of essentials that would be needed right away. We have now been here for a week in a half. No issues with maintenance requests, or with our unit itself. I definitely enjoy living here, the accessibility of the location as well as the community opportunities. It seems we have a new food truck here almost weekly which is honestly so nice after a long work day. February 16, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI have been living at Bell Lake Forest since November of 2023 I am giving it a 3 out 5 only because not much on the property has changed. Wish they had better events, I wish they had better food truck options and also paid for the residents that live on the property for when the food trucks decided to come. I wish that the pool area was more updated and that all common areas were 24hrs. But I do enjoy the convivence of living next to a Publix supermarket.
