August 14, 2025I sold my house and moved to an apartment at Bell Lake Forest in Sanford. The pool is nicer than mine. The fire pit is bigger than mine. The gym is right downstairs. I don’t have to do yardwork if something breaks they fix it. I don’t have to take care of the pool or pay taxes or homeowners insurance or hope my roof doesn’t blow away in a hurricane. Apartment living is awesome and this is the nicest place.Property Manager Responded

May 25, 2025The apartment complex’s vibe is serene, just feels safe and calm but still productive and functional. The unit has great storage in the kitchen and the bedroom closets. February 27, 2025At Bell Lake Forest you will find a place to call home. From the community, the stores around, very convenient....to the gym around, revreation are by the pool and amenities in the club house....every corner gives you a great vibe or atmosphere.
