March 12, 2026I can not tell you how happy I am with this apartment community! When I arrived to the complex we were welcomed with a welcome sign and a small gift basket of essentials that would be needed right away. We have now been here for a week in a half. When we have questions, the staff knows our names and treats us like family. They are very helpful and are very professional with their jobs.Property Manager Responded

February 26, 2026We've been happily living here for almost 4 years now. It's a nice community, fairly quiet, and management is on top of everything. No issues with maintenance requests, or with our unit itself. I definitely enjoy living here, the accessibility of the location as well as the community opportunities. It seems we have a new food truck here almost weekly which is honestly so nice after a long work day. We have no intentions to move until we buy a home, so its nice to have a reliable apartment ...complex to live in and call our home.Property Manager Responded

February 16, 2026I have been living at Bell Lake Forest since November of 2023 I am giving it a 3 out 5 only because not much on the property has changed. Wish they had better events, I wish they had better food truck options and also paid for the residents that live on the property for when the food trucks decided to come. I wish that the pool area was more updated and that all common areas were 24hrs. But I do enjoy the convivence of living next to a Publix supermarket. Overall this property is nice and quiet ...with great residents but management could use some work especially since we have to pay for our own lightbulbs.Property Manager Responded

January 20, 2026So far we have enjoyed living here, the neighborhood is fairly quiet and has alot of young working people. It feels safe and comfortable. The plants around the complex are beautiful and well kept. Pest control is easy to request as well as other maintenance needs. I only gave 4 stars because the outdoor hallways sometimes get a little dirty if there hasn’t been a complex wide cleaning in a while, and someone nearby our unit smokes marijuana and it comes through our window seals even though it is ...a non smoking community in the units.Property Manager Responded
