The community is very quiet and calm but the amenities could be worked on a little. I would also like more events in the evening times after office hours because some residents do not work from home and would like to enjoy the events as well. I would also like a coffee truck to come on the weekends sometimes instead of during the week.

Buildings are clean and quiet. Maintenance, when needed, is always prompt and courteous. I also appreciate the periodic preventive maintenance like dryer vent cleaning and A/C drain line cleaning. The grounds are well-landscaped and attractive.

So far, day 3, people are nice. Love the apt. 1bed 1bath corner for 2 adults with 1med dog and 1small. The porch is screened in. It’s smaller when it’s the corner apt. Very clean! Everywhere is clean! Staff is the BEST- hat’s off to my buddy, Zucchini (aka Zucci)! The team is great!

nice but expensive , everyone i know has whole houses for cheaper rent but it is a nice complex with nice amenities i enjoy it but wont be renewing my lease due to the price

I can not tell you how happy I am with this apartment community! When I arrived to the complex we were welcomed with a welcome sign and a small gift basket of essentials that would be needed right away. We have now been here for a week in a half. When we have questions, the staff knows our names and treats us like family. They are very helpful and are very professional with their jobs.

We've been happily living here for almost 4 years now. It's a nice community, fairly quiet, and management is on top of everything. No issues with maintenance requests, or with our unit itself. I definitely enjoy living here, the accessibility of the location as well as the community opportunities. It seems we have a new food truck here almost weekly which is honestly so nice after a long work day. We have no intentions to move until we buy a home, so its nice to have a reliable apartment ...
