The staff is friendly, professional, and always responsive. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which has made living here stress-free. August 28, 2025For the most part, I genuinely love living here. There are a few things I wish were improved but idk if you can blame the apartment complex itself for the issue of neighbors. There is a constant beeping for smoke detectors all over the complex which gets old, animal waste is not always cleaned up which is unfortunate, and I’d love for the lights to not connect with other people in the building and randomly turn on throughout the day/night. Again, most of this isn’t the complex’s fault but it ...does affect how you feel about where you live. I will say if there is ever a maintenance issue, they’re really quick about getting it handled and taking care of the problem from start to finish. We had quite a debacle with our dishwasher and they replaced the whole unit. I really appreciate that kind of dedication to the residents.Property Manager Responded

August 19, 2025Briana and Erica were a great help and super organized from the start of the tour to moving in day. Briana was thorough and made sure I understood the layout of the community. I was a bit disappointed with a few parts of unit that needed to be adjusted after move-in. The left kitchen sink knob and bathtub handle was loose. There were two door hinges that needed to be tightened and there were a few cabinets that had noticeably chipped paint. August 14, 2025I sold my house and moved to an apartment at Bell Lake Forest in Sanford. The pool is nicer than mine. The fire pit is bigger than mine. The gym is right downstairs. I don’t have to do yardwork if something breaks they fix it. I don’t have to take care of the pool or pay taxes or homeowners insurance or hope my roof doesn’t blow away in a hurricane. Apartment living is awesome and this is the nicest place.Property Manager Responded

August 11, 2025I Love it here so far!! every thing is so nice and super close by!! The dog park is just down the stairs the Publix is a minute walk from here!! Very convenient! And the amenities are super nice I love the gym!! And pool!!Property Manager Responded

July 4, 2025Bell lake forest has been an amazing community and complex to live at! The staff and maintenance team are so incredibly kind, attentive, efficient, and wonderful! They always have such fun events going on and food trucks which is so amazing! The amenities are also so nice, especially the pool! The community is great and offers everything you need nearby.The management team is generally responsive, and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner.
