June 27, 2023Wanted to take a moment to write a review related to the new management (Manager). There have been almost immediate positive impacts, including cleanliness on and around the property, professional customer service with a great response time. I had a small issue and was able to communicate with the new manager. While speaking with the new manager, she actually listened, was caring and even provided several solutions. I normally do not go out of my way to provide a review, however with the past ...management being unorganized I wanted to acknowledge the new manager. New management running the place down.
March 27, 2023I have moved out. The management missed appointments for the move out review. Old management was very responseove. The maintenance dept. is pretty good. There are aggressive dogs off leash and dog poop everywhere outside.Property Manager Responded

My friends lived here, so I knew about convenient amenities, how apartments looked inside, etc. I must say that I am glad that the complex is now under Bell Partner's management, as I can tell that many things have improved under their management.
