Nice complex
October 28, 2024I wanted to leave a review detailing my experience with Bell Murrieta Springs Apartments. I originally was in the area touring another apartment complex. I scheduled a tour online to see Bell Murrieta Springs in the spare of the moment. I was glad I did ! I was greeted by leasing staff Mykel with a warm smile. My family, and I sat down with the Leasing Agent and was asked about our needs and preferences as well as affordability. We went on the tour and fell in love with a 2 bedroom unit with an ...attached garage however, it was already pending with an application by the time I applied. Mykel quickly jumped into action searching for other similar units for us. We we're happy as well excited that two more units same price and features was available. The application process was efficient the staff was responsive. The entire process was great from tour and beyond! Clean and safe
October 12, 2024Bell Murrieta springs apartments are a place to call home. We have enjoyed living here for 6 years. I would like to commend their maintenance staff especially Will. We had a leak recently which need urgent repair. Will has been handling this issue from the very start. He stopped by everyday and checked on the work the contractors were doing. Will made sure the work was done right and went into our crawl space many times to make sure everything was fixed and working well. He always helpful and ...professional and works so hard to make things right. The leasing manager is Sharon is fantastic and the office personnel are friendly and easy to deal with. The complex (formally Silverado) was recently purchased this spring. It's going through many positive changes. Landscaping has be upgraded, the pools and surrounding areas have been refinished and they have started painting the buildings. Patio area in each will be upgraded throughout next year. I look forward to a great future here at Bell Murrieta Springs so if you're looking for a family friendly place that is pet friendly stop in for a tour.Property Manager Responded

Noisy and Expensive
April 4, 2023This is a very loud complex. Tenants play loud music at all hours - especially in their cars, while they drive through the property, but also in their units, with the windows and doors open. Many that lived near me sat in their cars or on their motorcycles playing music for extended periods of time in their parking spots and garages. I had to go downstairs and to the building across from me to ask one gentleman sitting on his motorcycle at midnight to please turn his music down. Didn't matter, he ...continued to do it multiple times per week. The garages below me were also loud and the one right below me shook my bedroom - I got woken up between 4 and 5am nearly everyday when I assume this person left for work - not his fault - just a loud garage below me. You can also expect a lot of loud kids running around, screaming. I get it they are kids, trying to get their energy out - just be aware its loud. I had to ask one group of kids repeatedly not to bounce their basketball and dodgeball against the wall of my unit after they hit my window a few times. They continued to do it nearly everyday. For the high price, it was just not what I expected to be dealing with. I think in general, the units are expensive for what you get. Positives - the property is landscaped and maintained well by the landscapers. The maintenance crew is great and they address issues quickly when you put requests in. The office staff was hit or miss for me - sometimes helpful, sometimes not. One of the two hot tubs was barely warm multiple times in the year I was there, as it just barely worked, and the other would get closed because kids kept pouring soap in it, so that amenity I paid for was often not available.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
A wonderful place to call home
September 22, 2022I just recently moved into the Silverado apartments after an exhaustive search, but when I found the Silverado Apartments on this app I knew it was somewhere I wanted to be. This is a true luxury apartment with resort style pools and amenities. First class apartment complex all the way. Excited for the future! Big shout out to Sarah V. August 9, 2022I had a tour with Nicole. I just want to start by saying our situation is difficult and sad but I appreciate Nicole’s empathy. She listened and gave a great tour. She took her time giving us all our apartment option prices and move in dates that would accommodate us. Even showed us on the map where the apartments are. Mediocre
September 21, 2021This place is mediocre. When we moved in we had plenty of problems with our appliances. Some took over a week to get matinence to even look at. They continue to raise the rent. Plus they do apartment inspections without even asking when is best for you, they don't work around your schedule. Leasing agents in office are not helpful, you have to walk right up to their desk and begin talking to even be acknowledged. Can't wait till our lease is up.Property Manager Responded

Wonderful place to call home.
February 1, 2019I've lived hear for almost a year now and I'm very happy. Beautiful units, beautiful community, clean and well kept. Units are updated and the staff is wonderful. One time I had an issue with something in my kitchen was not working. Maintenance was here w/in an hour and fixed it. It was on a holiday. Safe and friendly community and pet friendly. Silverado Apartments
September 26, 2015Overall it is a great apartment complex. Guest parking is limited and a blessing when you find one available. However, you do get a garage (included in rent) and the spot in front of your garage. This is only an issue if your household has more than 2 vehicles, but you find a way to make it work.Property Manager Responded

Great for growing family
July 21, 2015Staff is extremely polite and very helpful getting the paper work done for the lease. Apartments well kept up on maintenance and pool and grill areas very clean.Gated complex and spacious garage available for all residents. Plenty of parking. Highly recommendReview from Apartments.com
