November 23, 2024Used to be much better. Current management team is looking for privileges instead of working for the community. EV spots are occupied daily by the leasing office employess EVEN WHEN THEY ARE NOT CHARGING - despite the signs against this practice there. Also they had the audacity to place a "office managing" sign in one of the 4 EV spots... ridiculous. Shame on them. Btw the excuse is even worst, so don't even try! They do not need the whole parking spot to open a door to maybe deal with ...electrical issues IF that happens. So, less privileges and more community thoughts. The gym sucks. Time to improve it. I've been her for 4 years total and it has been the same. Treadmill are frequently malfunctioning. They don't care at all... even the stupid community events they are only informing on the day of the event, corroborating how much they care and want it to happen. Shame!Property Manager Responded

July 31, 2024I've been living here for a while now, and I can confidently say that this apartment complex is fantastic. The apartments themselves are well-maintained and comfortable, with a great layout and modern features. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. They are consistently helpful, friendly, and responsive to any requests or issues that come up. Whether it's a maintenance request or just a question about the property, they handle everything with professionalism and a genuine ...willingness to assist.
