    It’s a good apartment the build quality and appliances could have been better. The location and view from my apartment was really good. I would recommend this apartment to anyone working in the medical area.

    Unfortunately the loud footsteps from the apartment above mine is annoying and happens late in the evening. Very inconsiderate it sounds like heavy walking so loud stomping steps all over the apartment

    I'm new here but already loving the place. From the team (leasing, concierge and maintenance) to the amenities and location - love. Huge dog park, spacious parking garage, numerous elevators (and they're so fast)! Love to live at the emerald necklace.

    I am very happy to have been giving the opportunity to apply to live here. It's rare to find a wonderful living in Jamaica plain near alot of places and at such affordable living cost. The apartment is great and I have no regrets.

    location and amenities are great. package handling is easy. only negative is the apartment temperature in the in fall and spring. it’s unbearably hot and management pretty much ignores everyone’s complaints.

    Used to be much better. Current management team is looking for privileges instead of working for the community. EV spots are occupied daily by the leasing office employess EVEN WHEN THEY ARE NOT CHARGING - despite the signs against this practice there. Also they had the audacity to place a "office managing" sign in one of the 4 EV spots... ridiculous. Shame on them. Btw the excuse is even worst, so don't even try! They do not need the whole parking spot to open a door to maybe deal with ...
    electrical issues IF that happens. So, less privileges and more community thoughts. The gym sucks. Time to improve it. I've been her for 4 years total and it has been the same. Treadmill are frequently malfunctioning. They don't care at all... even the stupid community events they are only informing on the day of the event, corroborating how much they care and want it to happen. Shame!

    I've been living here for a while now, and I can confidently say that this apartment complex is fantastic. The apartments themselves are well-maintained and comfortable, with a great layout and modern features. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff.
