March 13, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThe upkeep has declined since I first moved in. It takes a while for them to fix things around the grounds. Trash cans and the trash room are often overflowing. The stairwells and the carpet in the hallways is filthy. The elevators and gates constantly breakdown. At looks like they are getting a new property manages so fingers crossed that things get better.Property Manager Responded

November 24, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comThe space is wonderful-nice and roomy, outdoor areas are pretty however, the upkeep isn't great. Bugs, gnats and spiders everywhere, dog poop everywhere, the pet receptacles don't get emptied regularly and smell. Maintenance requests do NOT get done in a timely manner-at times I've waited close to 3 weeks to get something completed. Moving in was a problem as the elevators are small-I know that cant be fixed but it is an inconvenience when you live on the too floors.

Love the area as the perimeter mall is just 5 min walking distance. Management should be more responsive on receiving calls and online service requests.
