March 13, 2026The upkeep has declined since I first moved in. It takes a while for them to fix things around the grounds. Trash cans and the trash room are often overflowing. The stairwells and the carpet in the hallways is filthy. The elevators and gates constantly breakdown. At looks like they are getting a new property manages so fingers crossed that things get better.Review from Apartments.com

March 3, 2026Pathetic move in experience. I am on 5th floor and elevator doesn’t work. No prior proper information. Really disappointed and stuck. November 24, 2025The space is wonderful-nice and roomy, outdoor areas are pretty however, the upkeep isn't great. Bugs, gnats and spiders everywhere, dog poop everywhere, the pet receptacles don't get emptied regularly and smell. Maintenance requests do NOT get done in a timely manner-at times I've waited close to 3 weeks to get something completed. Moving in was a problem as the elevators are small-I know that cant be fixed but it is an inconvenience when you live on the too floors.Review from Apartments.com

July 2, 2025Its been a very good experience so far. The reason I moved here is that they have spacious apartments. Love the area as the perimeter mall is just 5 min walking distance. December 16, 2024Overall I enjoy the living experience here. Any maintenance issues takes longer to be fixed than one would like. Day to day lifestyle is great but if there’s a maintenance issue prepare to wait.Property Manager Responded
