Trash chute are unbearable bugs and bats are coming out but aside from that everything is smooth. My apartment has been a lovely place to stay.

Bell Perimeter is a very good apartment community, having very good professional leasing office staff especially Michele and Alyssa. All the amenities like swimming pool, Gym, Club room with coffee machine is very good and updated. Bell apartment IN and Out security system is also very good. Parcel delivery system via Fetch is also very good. Utilities and service is also on time.

The fire alarm activating around 2 or 3 in the morning have been a problem over the past year, we have maybe 8 incidents, the management says they are doing something but is not working.

The upkeep has declined since I first moved in. It takes a while for them to fix things around the grounds. Trash cans and the trash room are often overflowing. The stairwells and the carpet in the hallways is filthy. The elevators and gates constantly breakdown. At looks like they are getting a new property manages so fingers crossed that things get better.

Pathetic move in experience. I am on 5th floor and elevator doesn’t work. No prior proper information. Really disappointed and stuck. Hopefully the community can give a date on getting it fixed. Lovey of floor is dirty and carport is coming off. Car parking garage gate is not working.

The space is wonderful-nice and roomy, outdoor areas are pretty however, the upkeep isn't great. Bugs, gnats and spiders everywhere, dog poop everywhere, the pet receptacles don't get emptied regularly and smell. Maintenance requests do NOT get done in a timely manner-at times I've waited close to 3 weeks to get something completed. Moving in was a problem as the elevators are small-I know that cant be fixed but it is an inconvenience when you live on the too floors.
