About Bell Pointe Apartments
Tucked away in an unbeatable convenient location, Bell Pointe Apartments is the only complex that is sure to have something for everyone to love. Across the street from WALMART Newburgh, next to plazas with restaurants, nail salons, gas stations, and more. We offer a large walking trail around our private lake, community grills for summer barbecues, a playground for the littles, a dog park for the fur-babies, a large pool with plenty of lounge chairs for lazy Sunday afternoons, and a 24/7 fitness center. We offer 1, 2 and 3 bedroom options (see other page for pricing & sq ft). Along with the option of short term leases, as low as 6 months to as high as 24 months. Our office is open Mon. - Fri 8am-5pm. We have maintenance on site during office hours and an emergency line available to all tenants 24/7. Mold Problem. They did nothing
October 10, 2025Moved in 1st year was good. 2nd year was horrible. Maintenance was horrible, didn't speak english and knew nothing about repairing anything . We had rain water coming into our patio doors and our master bedroom window and our daughters windows as will. They dug a trench hoping that would help. It did nothing a few months later we had a horrible mold issue. 75% of our belongings was destroyed my the mold things we will never get back things from family members that has passed away . Bell point ...did nothing to help or to reimburses us . Unfortunately there are new people living in the same apartment we was . Do NOT move here
December 10, 2023The lack of everything is a complete joke. The rent is more than what they have listed. Basic maintenance doesn’t exist. Shoddy and cheap pieced together construction. The ceilings are so thin you might as well live with your neighbors. The management is a joke. I was bit by neighbors dog and they did absolutely nothing about it.
