Fantastic Community and Love the staff on site!!
May 15, 2023We have enjoyed 5 years at this community, we absolutely love Shannon and her staff, Rachel and Heidi are fantastic! As well as everyone else including their maintenance staff and I bet not everyone can say that! They are always extremally helpful and always looking out for the best interest of their residents. The area literally has everything you could want from grocery shopping to restaurants and retail shopping. The community is beautiful and very well kept, awesome pool and bbq area that is ...excellent and we are looking forward to summer time cookouts with our family. Even the residents are all very friendly, gives you the great feel of being surrounded by good neighbors and the community staff. We highly recommend this particular community but also the surrounding communities up the road!!Property Manager Responded

March 16, 2022I moved into my 1 bedroom apartment at Vera Presidio in July 2017. Since then, I have not encountered any problems. Management is super friendly, the property is very nice, and the residents aren’t loud. Maintenance requests are always completed in a timely manner and service provided is of good quality. Parking is a non-issue, which has been really nice. The amenities are great, too! The gym is just a little small.Review from Apartments.com

Management is nice and will help you if you ask, the set up for the online payment is super confusing to try and figure out what the total and all the billing stuff. They arent very good about enforcing the no smoking rule or the dog waste rule, but thats not really them thats the people who live here.Review from Apartments.com
