January 5, 2026I really do enjoy living here at Bell South Park. I love the layout design of the apartment and the outdoors area multiple places to sit and ability to take walks. I enjoy the pool table at the clubhouse. In many events. I have yet to been to one, however, I do look forward to it in the future. I wish the pool went a little deeper. I do like the space of the gym and abundance of equipment you’ll have to offer.My one complaint is the parking situation. I don’t mind having guest have to register ...however it being that there’s only a certain amount of times that they can come is the issue.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

December 8, 2025I dealt with Brandy for my walk-in tour and information request.. she was awesome! Sweet, funny, nice, chatty, answered all my questions and what she couldn't, she did get back to me with the answer later. A tour was provided as well, despite a community event going on. The ONLY problem I have, is they don't always answer their phone, not even just to put me on hold. So far, it's been a great place to be! Springs is clean, seems safe, and it's so pretty!Property Manager Responded

November 19, 2025So far so good. Only complaint is no trash can was provided and since I can’t use my own due to the trash valet I emailed the complex and still have not gotten a response or a trash can.Property Manager Responded

October 6, 2025Shower smelled like sewage, doors in the apartment either didn’t shut correctly, or the lock didn’t work. Otherwise the apartment looked good and staff was helpful, when they answered the phone, which was 2/10 times I called over a 3 day period.Property Manager Responded

September 27, 2025Customer Service at BellSouth-Parks Village is really something I have come to appreciate. From the maintenance team to the leasing office staff member, I have come in contact with those who have provided amazing customer service. Including the property security will stop and make sure I am okay when I am walking my fur babies. The phone services do need improvement for both daytime and evening, when you are attempting to reach the office during the day or trying to get an answer or report ...something after business hours. But I feel safe and secure 24/7, and that has enormous value to my peace of mind.Property Manager Responded
