December 24, 2024Not bad, amenities aren’t the greatest and my oven and dishwasher were older. Overall a good, safe, quiet place. I don’t know how much they will raise my rent by but I expect it to be enough to make me want to move haha. I wouldn’t pay anything more than what I already pay.Property Manager Responded

October 31, 2024Cherrywood is a great place to live. It's safe, we've only had 1 issue with someone breaking a car window in the 12 years we've lived here. Maintenance requests are always handled quickly.Property Manager Responded
