Everything else is good except the wall painting smell I did not expect. During my apartment tour I did not feel the smell and thought only a cleaning would be done, but they repainted some part of the wall. hope it well go away after few weeks.

This apartment complex is really nice with a couple communal areas, and it's in a great location in the heart of Totem Lake. There is a variety of grocery stores, restaurant chains, and stores that you can shop at nearby within walking distance.

Kasey, the assistant community manager, was incredibly professional and friendly, making my move smooth and stress-free. From management to staff, all are exceptional in what they do. Friendly, thoughtful and organized, the team here goes well beyond expectations. An impeccably maintained building is an understatement. A beautifully maintained boutique hotel style residence. From the lobby to the shared spaces to the high end finishes, absolutely lovely. The Bell signature scent throughout the building is what gives it that luxurious touch. Love Bell!
