    Would recommend this property to close friends and family. I prefer smaller mid rise apartment buildings and this one is the best and only in Wilsonville. Glad to call it home for so many years, if I stayed in Oregon I would still be there. Move out process with Samantha was a breeze. 10/10 no doubt!

    Young professional living in Wilsonville, bell tower is the ideal building. Very close to restaurants, shopping and public transportation. Modern look, updated appliances, great staff and management. Samantha is the manager and she is very knowledgeable and made my move in process painless.

  • Not great. Noisy. Street sweepers can be heard at 2am.

    Bad managers. They leave after 6 months, don't care about the residents. Maintenance is awful and very shady. They all seem to have a disdain for the tenants. Even worse somehow, are the street sweepers which can be heard at 2am. I would not recommend Bell Tower to anyone.
