This place is amazing and beautiful. The apartments are incredible and very comfortable, with plenty of space and new appliances. The pool and the different amenities to enjoy with friends and family are beautiful. It just need more parking spaces.

I love this apartment and I would have rated it five star if it wasn’t for the horrific problem with parking. I work late nights and coming home to circle around and around and around and then park three blocks away from my building is something I struggle with. I will probably have to look for another place to live next year, but I’m heartbroken because if this wasn’t the problem, I would probably live here for a long time. This community is beautiful and well maintained. The area is very nice and stores are conveniently located nearby. Traffic in the area is minimal and not terrible during rush hour either. The maintenance crews do a great job of keeping the grounds groomed. Unfortunately the staff at the front office made the leasing process a total nightmare but if you can get beyond that point it’ll be worth it as the place is all around a really good community. People in the office used to very nice and down to earth, now the new people are very different. Ritchie is the best so far and I hope he promotes to managerial position soon, the actual manager (a woman) she’s very rude and my interaction with her always gives me negative vibes, also which contributes to this 3 star ratings. Also the new management sucks, they come up with dumb rules and make living here less and less enjoyable.

Beautiful community. Only thing reasons why I put 4 stars is because the walls are very thin and you can hear every little thing from the upstairs neighbors. Theres also not much parking so god forbid you stay 30 min late to work, you’re out a parking spot a thousand miles away. Besides that. Great community and beautiful apartments
