June 18, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comReally beautiful apartment, love the amenities and the people. The water is really hard so there is always black gunk build up needing to frequently be cleaned in our dishwasher, washing machines, toilets, and sinks. Maintenance told us they couldn’t really do much about it. It would be nice if we had a water softener at least in our shower heads. Not sure if it is just my unit but the water pressure in the shower isn’t that strong and the water gets warm but definitely not that hot. Also worried ...about the structural integrity of some spots on the floor. We had to have a section replaced three times already because our lightweight couch indented the floor deeply. Thankfully we haven’t had an issue after the third time but there are a few sections that feel loose from time to time when you step.Read More

June 15, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comWhen I first moved here around 2024, I loved the community/neighborhood, but I can tell now, 2026, with all the new construction going, the change in community and overall quality/safety of the neighborhood. We have a new company that bought Trelago which is why they are now 'Bell Trelago', so we'll see if they can step it up here because they are doing a lot of renovations, which is fine and all, but maybe focus on the parking mess, get security to drive around here again, and also honor your ...long time residents.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers an exceptional quality of life. One of the things I love most is the amazing amenities. The pool, fitness center, clubhouse, and common areas are always clean and well cared for, making it feel like living at a resort. Another highlight is the sense of community. June 14, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI really enjoy living here. Love my apartment. One thing that is an issue is the timing of the irrigation system. Every night about 7.00 PM, it is impossible to get in or out of my unit without getting wet. The trash pickup representative is also affected by this. The system runs for at least an hour. October 2, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comThis is not a secure luxury complex. My ex husband had a motorcycle stolen out of his locked garage! I suspect that break ins are common. There are no relevant security cameras and there is no security. For what you are paying for, one would expect an onsite security guard.
