April 26, 2026Reasonable rent. Maintenance is helpful but sometimes takes several follow ups to make sure jobs are fully completed. Grounds are kept pretty clean. Gym needs to have sanitizing wipes refilled more often as they are often empty which is unsanitary. Exit gate has been stuck open on visitors side for over a month with zero communication to the community about when it will be fixed.Property Manager Responded

January 17, 2026Fantastic community with great amenities and engaged staff. The living space feels like a home rather than community living - spacious, well designed floorplans, elevated materials and more than ample storage. The only drawback is this is a small community with limited guest parking.Property Manager Responded

January 16, 2026The apartment itself modern, open, functional, and comfortable. The grounds look amazing all the time, I have never seen a big issue there. The complex has lots of nature so it feels more homey and relaxing. The staff are kind and friendly and do what they can to help you. I love it here.Property Manager Responded
