This place looked nice on the tour, but living here has been a different story. It’s a “luxury apartment complex,” but the carpet started peeling off the floor after moving in and we’ve had mold growing on the base of the windows due to drafts and shoddy construction. The mailroom is literally just large piles of boxes that you have to sift through to find your package. They have closed the pool for long periods of time and the elevator keeps breaking down. your car and add the towing bill to your rent, even if you are working or on vacation and unable to move your car. There are walking paths around the place, but we’ve been prohibited from using them by the companies in the office park. The management keeps telling us they are going to address these problems and make improvements (install EV charging stations, fix the mail room), but, despite exorbitant rent increases, nothing changes. It is a convenient location for commuting, but you hear the highway constantly. Wish I had more positive things to add here but at a loss.

For any issues in your apartment, please let us know or enter a service request so we can have our maintenance team address the issues for you. We do our best to keep the mailroom organized, but with multiple deliveries throughout the day it can at times be challenging to keep up. For snow, while we try to avoid towing any vehicles it is sometimes the only option to get as much snow and ice removed after a storm to keep the community as safe as possible. We do appreciate your feedback and encourage you to contact the office if you need assistance with anything!
