April 8, 2025The complex has went down hill over the past 3 years, side walks are dirty, nothing is updated, mold growing on buildings, lack of phone communication from management, weed being smoked in surrounding apartments, dead grass, residents not picking up dog poop, etc. Yet, rent is still being raised every year.Property Manager Responded

Parking
March 16, 2025If you’re considering moving here, be aware that parking comes at a cost. residence must pay a yearly parking fee. We pay thousands in rent and we must pay for parking which is a joke, Visitors are only allowed to park for seven days per month; after that, you must pay. If you violate this policy, your car may be towed, and you’ll have to pay a $200 fee to retrieve it. The system seems designed to generate extra revenue, so it’s important to factor in parking costs before making your decision.Property Manager Responded

January 30, 2025Been living here since 2022. I enjoy my view and the walking path. They do a decent job keeping the property clean. Maintenance is always quick and responsive as well. With that being said, it is very difficult to get in contact with anyone else who works at this property especially via phone or email. The noise here from other renters is getting out of control. Blasting music past 1am. Constant yelling and screaming. Animal poop and urine left in the elevator grass is disgusting. And there is no ...need calling their emergency patrol numbers because no one answers or calls back.Property Manager Responded

November 7, 2024The community is nice. The amenities are better than other complexes I have seen. Recently, to aid in the parking problems that was brought to management’s attention, the management company decided to request that tenants pay for parking for themselves and their guests. Each resident is allowed 7 free passes per month after which you are required to pay $5 per pass. I believe there were other ways to have the issue resolved such as assigned parking for residents.
