October 13, 2022When we first arrived, the house already smelled strongly of smoke. We urged them to take care of it and mentioned it on the move-in paperwork. The smoke smell was never addressed, and by the time we moved out, we had managed to have it reduced to a faint odor. After that, they made the seemingly random decision to charge us approximately $200 for carpet cleaning. According to my local research, carpet cleaning should cost between $30 and $40 per room for household cleaning. The facility would be ...cheaper since it would be regarded as commercial property. I moved in a week ago today, and my AC was out and had some pest issues( it happens when unit is vacant for awhile) and I could not be more pleased with the staff, and their promptness to make me happy. Kara has been my point of contact since day one and so helpful at all times. I ask so many questions and she has been so patient and knowledgeable giving me the answers and the peace of mind I need. Mike traveled to my apartment two hours away on call, ...to fix my AC. I am so thankful he was there to help and do it with a positive attitude. June 20, 2022I have been a resident at Bell at Teravista for 7 months now. Overall, I’ve been satisfied with living here! I’ve had to submit two maintenance requests and both times, they have responded and come to my apartment within 24hours, and the issues were fixed at that time. I had a wonderful experience with Kiana when I first came to look at the complex. She made time out of her day to give me a tour, give me quotes for the apartments I was interested in, and answered all my questions. I’ve had very ...few issues with noise in my building and in the complex. The staff in the front office are very friendly and have always helped me with any concerns I have had.
