Wonderful community that is dog friendly! The office has been incredibly helpful all day everyday. The pools are well kept. Living by Northern is pretty noisy but that is to be expected. But overall my experience within the last year at the property has been nothing but great!

I lived at Bella vista for about 7 months and my roommate lived there for over a year. It is a great location and very quite and honestly my time there was great for the most part. The bad part about this place is after you leave the owners of Bella vista try to get more money out of you. My former roommate and I were recently made aware that they are trying to say we owe back billed utilities. This was not explained by Bella vista, is not on the fine print of the lease, and I was told I have ...
a zero balance once I left and when my ex roommate moved out he had the same thing. Now the fee we were not notified is going through to collections. It’s safe to say legal action will be the next step for us. So do not move here unless you want to deal with this whole mess when you move out.

Lived in this complex for over a year, while the amenities and the overall look of the complex were nice I consistently had trouble with the staff, specifically the assistant manager. I had a severe scorpion problem (within the first 4 months I had found over 10 critters) and while this is "Arizona" the amount I was finding in such a short period of time clearly indicated a problem. It took me over 6 months to convince the staff to finally investigate the problem, which was discovered to be a ...

My three bedroom is like a home and I love all the beautiful upgrades. The complex is lovely and very well maintained. Office staff is very friendly and helpful. Our local mountain preserve is down the street which is great for me because I love the outdoors and hiking. We have our pick of numerous grocery stores (conventional and healthier lifestyle)in the area, and a large variety of wonderful restaurants. Almost everything a person could need is a short drive away. The 51 freeway is just down ...
