    I moved from a very nice apartment in Carmel to the slums in Fishers, AKA Bella Vista. This place is so poorly managed and the apartments are so poorly built! They call themselves 'luxury" apartments and slap with you a pricy rent, but this place is far from luxury! The wall are incredibly paper thin and my boyfriend and I hear our loud upstairs neighbor all day long. We've complained but nothing has been resolved yet. Everything looks nice at glance, but once you actually move in you realize how ...
    mediocre everything actually is. Appliances, flooring, lack of storage, AND the washer and dryer are extra in your luxury apartment ;) The gilling area is unusable. The knobs fall off the grills so if you want to use them you need to use a screwdriver to turn the grill on, that is if the grill is even cleaned. Which it usually isn't. The common areas are pretty dirty until you complain then the carpets gets cleaned. The people that live here don't seem to care to take pride in this place, you'll find trash in the hallways, in the parking lot, and surrounding the trash compactor. These are by far one of the worst apartments I've lived in!!

    The worst experience ever. Sold our house and needed a 6 month lease. Picked the apartment online, put money down to hold it after viewing the model with Italo, then found out 1 week before we were to move in that apartment was not available. We were told by Taylor and Italo the tenants never moved out, we could clearly see it was vacant. We were offered another apartment, 3rd floor, but with mobility issues that would not work. Spoke with Carissa the regional manager who was not helpful and ...

  • We love our new Home!

    I love all the outdoor space. Just minutes away from downtown Fishers. I love that fact that my husband and I can walk (15 minutes) to our favorite restaurants downtown Fishers. Just the convenience of being clise to everything. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. The office staff treat us like family. We are excited that we choose Bella Vista as our home.

  • Nice apartements poorly managed.

    Communication is not good. We were given the wrong address during our lease signing and weren't shown to the apartment. The one we were assigned didn't exist so we had to search for it. Several items I requested to be repaired upon move in never were taken care of. Never received an electronic access card despite requesting one. I was told they were on back order last July. I overheard a tenant today being told that they are on back order... The tv package they offer is for the life of the ...
    lease, they didn't tell us that and in order to cancel it you have to submit a request to their corporate office so they can decide whether or not to let you cancel it. Electric was included on our rent statement every month for 10 months. We got a letter on our door one day saying we needed to transfer our service to our name which was news to us because since it appeared on our statement and we weren't ever told we needed to transfer it. We were also paying a $25 administrative fee which was explained to me as a fee for the company to bill me for the electric service since I never switched the responsibility. I sounds like a sneaky way to make $25 a month. We built a house and our mortgage company had to request a rent verification 3 times, I requested it 4 times and after 5 business days I called their corporate office and got the item sent in about 4 minutes. Nice pool.

    Upon moving into this apartment I was excited. Very nice location and new buildings, but that quickly ended after numerous problems that weren't taken seriously by staff. My internet didn't work for the first month that I lived here and the IT guy had to be in my apartment numerous times! Also the property manager in particular is a very rude person! She should learn to be more polite! You have to call about the same problem numerous times before it gets done (IF it gets done) and you really feel ...

    Bella Vista looks nice and pretty, but the apartments are poorly built and the customer service and staff is terrible. Going in, I loved the place, and now I'm so glad that my one year lease was up and I could get out of there. You definitely have to watch out for the "in house internet." You pay $55/month for 15MB of internet speed when in reality you get 30KB until you contact them about it. The apartments are poorly built. I have seen 4-5 shoot up and be I now know why my apartment was drafty ...
    in the winter. I was on the top floor and my apartment was freezing. And the balcony doors are not installed properly. I had contacted staff about my balcony door whistling and letting in air at least five times and at least five times they came into my apartment and "fixed it". The staff and customer service is not great at all. I had better customer service at an apartment place in Anderson, Indiana! Anderson gets a bad reputation at times, but man they out shined Bella Vista for sure - they responded, they were friendly and they actually fixed things unlike Bella Vista. At Bella Vista: they ignore you when you walk in, they don't answer your phone calls, return your messages, or email you back. Honestly, it will take you a week or so to get ahold of anyone - which is why I usually went in face to face. I even had to mention to the staff that an exterior entrance light had been out for a week and no one replaced it. This was definitely safety precaution that was ignored - and they tout safety when they show you around when you are looking to rent. The trash/recycling building is often full so people leave their trash outside on the ground, right next to the woods. I'm surprised they don't have bugs or rodent problems yet in those surrounding apartments. And good luck getting your security deposit back. You get it "45 days" after your move out date - I'm pushing on 60 and they still can't give me a straight answer. (I'm now in the phase where I get Edward Rose involved). Another example of poor customer service - I had tried to get into contact with the property manager for about two weeks and I had to end up going into the leasing office, waited in the lobby and had to listen to them tell me something that should have been an easy thing to communicate to me in that two week period. It's ridiculous. Kudos to those who enjoy it there, but I would rather be anywhere else.

  • Great Place to Live

    I am excited to write this review. I relocated from Houston. I was not able to come and visit before moving here. Kristen the leasing consultant was amazing. She kept me inform of everything. She sent pictures and answer questions and also help with my packages. I am very happy to be here and have and outstanding office staff. The location is very good as well. My apartment is just beautiful. If you looking for place you must come and see Bella Vista. Thank You Bella Vista for job well done.

  • Awful customer service

    My fiancé and I went to visit these apartments on a Saturday afternoon after having very high interest in the property. We walked in early afternoon and the woman at the front desk was talking with another family. She asked how she could help us and I stated that we just wanted more information on the property. She told us she was with an appointment currently and I said it was okay we could wait. She said she only booked hour appointments and only on the hour and that it was just her (on a ...
    Saturday?!) and she had appointments for the rest of the day. It was very obvious to both my fiancé and I that she had no interest and even giving us a packet of information on the property. Also, the family she was working with said they had been to the location several times and just had a few question. Overall I'm very appalled with the customer service and the first impression from a place I had fallen in love with.

    My wife and I were charged two months extra rent because we didn't give them 60-days notice before the end of our lease. We weren't informed of this and now they are trying to make us pay an additional $1000. Please read the fine print in the lease agreement and stay away from this organization.

  • Beautiful apartments

    The leasing staff are friendly and respond to people needs . But the onsite maintenance staff mostly drive around in the golf cart and always takes two calls to get something fix . Even a simple light switch . I had a flat tire on my car in the parking lot and maintenance staff drives by and doesn't offer to help. I guess because it was raining and not their job Luckily a gentlemen from their corporate office was at the construction site near my building Walked over offered to help . Ask Ms ...
    what can I do to help you. ? . He stated he can try to see if the tire will hold air if not he would put my spare on for me . Luckily it held air , he had a portable air compressor In his suv . It's good to see that upper management isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. The following day , as I was walking my dog , he took time from working on the patio construction to ask me if the tire was holding air ? I explain got it repaired , and thank him again for his help. The maintenance staff needs to improve and take lessons from the leasing agents and follow the steps of the gentlemen who assisted me with my tire .

  • They Say Your First Love is the Deepest

    I am a recent college graduate and Bella Vista is my first apartment complex I have ever lived in. I thoroughly enjoy the location (perfect distance from a Super Target, Walmart, and all the good fast food places). The pond outside of my window is a perfect view in the mornings when I sit out on my balcony and I can watch the ducks and geese! Ben, the maintenance man, is awesome.     help me for more than one business day. They are very accommodating and the office area (fitness center, conference room, future pool). They love pets! A dog park is even right next door to the main office. I highly recommend Bella Vista for a first time apartment renter, and any second-third-fourth time apartment renters as well!
