The property is well-maintained, and the management team, especially Suri and Toni , the property manager, has been incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we've had questions or needed assistance. The building offers great amenities that my kids enjoy, and the location is perfect for our needs. We appreciate the sense of community here and are truly happy to call Bella Vista our home. Life Saver

Worst apartment complex ever don’t move here

Don’t move here, it’s scary, the management doesn’t care, doesn’t fix anything, the hallways are nasty, they don’t pick up the trash for days, overcharge you for things that you really don’t need. Avoid at all costs
March 1, 2023I lived at Bella Vista when the complex first opened. There were a few hiccups but overall I love it. This was the end of 2019. Now 2023 I hate it. The new management has left a bad taste in my mouth. I pay $30 for trash valet and it’s a guessing game when the crew will pick it up. The parking lots are littered with trash. This was never an issue with the previous management. Work orders that were previously completed within 1 to 2 days, aren’t acknowledged until months later. Over priced little space
December 27, 2021I stayed here for 12 months and hated every day spent here….. the apartment closets are very little… hallways are very noisy u can hear everything outside…. My building was the worst at least different tenants argued every day….. the amenities where never open not once have I even seen anyone at the pool or the gym….. August 30, 2021I have been here a year and we still don’t have the so called workout center. The pool is closed for maintenance at least twice a month for days at a time. They advertised a carwash center that never came into fruition and still stilllll raised the rent for renewal 200 dollars. We literally had a shooting in my building a month ago but you want two hundred more a month? Roldane is the shining star of the leasing office though. And that’s consistent. Almost as consistent as them lying about when ...we're getting the amenities we paid for.Property Manager Responded

Not a Big Fan Anymore...
April 11, 2021I really wanted to live here. I came from another state and this place (pictures and descriptions) attracted me to rent here. However - I’ve only been here for a month and I am already looking to see where I can move next due to some issues I’m not a fan of. The counters and tub get stained really quick and it’s hard at times to get anything off unless you’re ready to do a full blown arm workout. The paint isn’t professionally done - it’s all over some of the counters and gets dirty easily. I ...had to screw in a couple of things to put back together. One of the corner cabinets - things fell through an open space as I was placing small objects, so the cabinets are not fully connected. The cabinets to the HVAC unit - holes are in areas that does not make sense. It’s like someone drilled holes and tried to cover them up. The dishwasher doesn’t clean and dry well. The washing machine is the loudest machine I have ever heard and they are brand new!! Does not make sense. Very LIMITED parking. Sad coming from work I had to wait about half hour to find parking. And oh - here’s the best part - I can hear EVERYTHING my neighbors are doing under me, - especially you know what and blasting music from 2am-7am. So the walls/floor/ceiling, whatever are very thin!!! I would love to complain but what good is that going to do? I’m an essential worker who works 12+ at times and the most important thing you want is rest and peace - Most nights I don’t get any of that. I chose the 3rd floor to avoid this major issue - and clearly it backfired. I really had high expectations for this place. Slight disappointment.Property Manager Responded
