February 11, 2026My wife currently lives at Bella Vista, and after spending several months there over the past year, I can say the experience has been underwhelming. Customer service from the leasing office is inconsistent at best. Concerns raised by residents often go unanswered, yet messages about fines and rule enforcement are prompt and firm. It feels extortionate rather than resident-focused. Maintenance has been a recurring frustration. The dishwasher has failed three times, and the in-unit dryer has also ...required repeated repairs. Each time, we waited weeks for a resolution. That’s a long time to be without basic appliances you’re paying for as part of your rent. Another issue is noise. The walls are extremely thin, to the point where you can clearly hear neighbours snoring, arguing, and other very personal moments. That level of noise transfer significantly affects comfort and privacy. There’s a noticeable gap between the image presented during leasing and the actual living experience.Property Manager Responded

Poor Management
February 11, 2026I’ve spent a total of about five months at Bella Vista over the last year while my wife has been living there, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently disappointing. The leasing office staff are extremely responsive when you’re touring and preparing to sign the lease. After that, communication drops significantly. Resident concerns often go unanswered, yet emails about potential fines seem to go out quickly and without hesitation. Maintenance has been another major issue. The ...dishwasher has broken down three times, and the in-unit dryer has also failed multiple times. Each repair has taken weeks to complete, leaving us without essential appliances for extended periods. Work orders move far too slowly for a property of this size. On top of that, the walls are incredibly thin. We’ve regularly heard our neighbors snoring, arguing, and having very private moments. There’s very little sense of privacy. Overall, the lack of consistent management, delayed maintenance, and poor sound insulation make this a place I would think twice about before recommending.Property Manager Responded

August 12, 2025I've had a wonderful experience living at the Bella Vista building with my family of t. The property is well-maintained, and the management team, especially Suri and Toni , the property manager, has been incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we've had questions or needed assistance. The building offers great amenities that my kids enjoy, and the location is perfect for our needs. We appreciate the sense of community here and are truly happy to call Bella Vista our home. Life Saver
May 15, 2023I recently relocated from NJ and needed a place immediately. Robin was an angel! She assisted me every step of the way getting paper work moving and unit ready! Avoid at all costs
March 1, 2023I lived at Bella Vista when the complex first opened. There were a few hiccups but overall I love it. This was the end of 2019. Now 2023 I hate it. The new management has left a bad taste in my mouth. I pay $30 for trash valet and it’s a guessing game when the crew will pick it up. The parking lots are littered with trash. This was never an issue with the previous management. Work orders that were previously completed within 1 to 2 days, aren’t acknowledged until months later. Over priced little space
December 27, 2021I stayed here for 12 months and hated every day spent here….. the apartment closets are very little… hallways are very noisy u can hear everything outside…. My building was the worst at least different tenants argued every day….. the amenities where never open not once have I even seen anyone at the pool or the gym….. Um… they lying about the amenities chile
August 30, 2021I have been here a year and we still don’t have the so called workout center. The pool is closed for maintenance at least twice a month for days at a time. They advertised a carwash center that never came into fruition and still stilllll raised the rent for renewal 200 dollars. We literally had a shooting in my building a month ago but you want two hundred more a month? Roldane is the shining star of the leasing office though. And that’s consistent. Almost as consistent as them lying about when ...we're getting the amenities we paid for.Property Manager Responded
