Poor Management
August 31, 2018The new management is HORRIBLE. I was speaking with a leasing agent inquiring on availability and if they allowed dogs. The agent informed me of the pet deposit and the monthly pet rent. She then sent me the link to the online rental application. I submitted and PAYED for the application. I received a call later that day and was informed that my application was approved. The agent then asked what kind of dog I have. I told her a German Shepard and she informed me they don't take dogs over 40lbs. ...Of course I requested my money back because I was not informed of the restriction before I completed the application. The assistant manager Jenn was terrible. Although she apologized for her staff's miscommunication she refused to refund me my money. This was their mistake and they refuse to refund my money! Superb Management
August 19, 2015The management lives on site and is superb. They are quick to respond to questions and needs and keep the complex running smoothly. The location is convenient and set in a quiet residential neighborhood surrounded by a park and a private golf and country club. Bella Vista looks and feels much more like a condominium than an apartment complex. The exterior and interior public spaces are beautifully designed in the southwestern style. The gym, pool and hot tub are very attractive but,more ...important, they are also immaculate. Good management!
August 14, 2015The first month after I moved into the apartment, my A/C wasn't working and I called and they were there within the hour and fixed it, and I haven't had a problem with it since. They will replace light bulbs, A/C filters when ever you request it. Most of the apartments are next to a large park with a huge grass area to walk dogs and have playground equipment for small children. The staff is always friendly and helpful!Review from Apartments.com
