    The new management is HORRIBLE. I was speaking with a leasing agent inquiring on availability and if they allowed dogs. The agent informed me of the pet deposit and the monthly pet rent. She then sent me the link to the online rental application. I submitted and PAYED for the application. I received a call later that day and was informed that my application was approved. The agent then asked what kind of dog I have. I told her a German Shepard and she informed me they don't take dogs over 40lbs. ...
    Of course I requested my money back because I was not informed of the restriction before I completed the application. The assistant manager Jenn was terrible. Although she apologized for her staff's miscommunication she refused to refund me my money. This was their mistake and they refuse to refund my money! Do not waste you're time at the Bella Vista. The management is shady and very unprofessional.

    We have lived here for almost 2 years and love it. The property managers continue to exceed our expectations. After living in a detached home for 25 yrs we thought we would hate apartment living, but Bellavista is a great place to call home.

    The management lives on site and is superb. They are quick to respond to questions and needs and keep the complex running smoothly. The location is convenient and set in a quiet residential neighborhood surrounded by a park and a private golf and country club.   • Good management!

    The first month after I moved into the apartment, my A/C wasn't working and I called and they were there within the hour and fixed it, and I haven't had a problem with it since. They will replace light bulbs, A/C filters when ever you request it. Most of the apartments are next to a large park with a huge grass area to walk dogs and have playground equipment for small children. The staff is always friendly and helpful!

    Great neighborhood, super quite and pet friendly. Apartment management and the maintenance crew are always available and there when u need them. Apartment is spacious and up to date. We love it and plan to stay for a long time.
