Rent is higher then quality
April 29, 2025This is the worst place I have ever lived. Neighbors are always loud, the halls smell so bad I've almost thrown up just walking to my unit. There is always trash everywhere. Water randomly gets shut off at least 3 times a month without warning. Building is old and gross, and not well maintained. Communal laundry area is filthy with only 4 machines for the entire complex with at least 1 always being broken and the rest smelly and full of dog hair. Also expect lots of bugs. Ants will be a constant ...issue and mosquitos will also find ways in through the cracks in the slider or main doors. If you can live somewhere else you shouldProperty Manager Responded

We apologize for the resulting inconvenience. We are pleased to report that the renovation project is now complete, and conditions across the property have substantially improved. We are actively focused on maintaining a higher standard moving forward. We understand the frustration with the condition and availability of laundry machines. To clarify for future residents, each of our two main buildings has its own dedicated laundry room, not just one facility for the entire complex. Dirty buildings & manager not helpful
March 29, 2024Lived here for almost 2 years and it's quite literally the worst place I've lived at. Have come home to homeless people in the hallways, and people using drugs in the parking lot. Lots of construction constantly, dirt and debris prevalent inside due to lack of air circulation. Renovations were done, however, very cheap quality cabinets, appliances, and lighting. Half of my outlets do not work, and when I asked the maintenance about my light he said he didn't know how to fix it. Overall very ...cheap, but very low quality of living.Property Manager Responded
