Poor management and LOUD apartments
March 20, 2025DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! I want to warn ALL RENTERS. This place is awful and incredibly poorly run. The apartments are LOUD and very, very cheaply built. You will have a problem with your AC/Heating unit because they aren’t properly maintained, you will have problems with your water heater — it won’t work and it will take them weeks to fix. Management is awful and it clear that they have little to no experience running a successful apartment building. Some tenants went months without heat during ...the coldest winter months. Honestly, this place probably should be shut down and I have no idea how it passed a healthy and safety inspection. This was one of the biggest monetary mistakes of my life, and in this economy, these people should be ashamed of robbing tenants of their hard earned money where they can’t even provide a suitable living environment for their tenants.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
worst living experience I’ve ever had
March 18, 2025DO. NOT. LIVE. HERE. The absolute worst renting experience you can possibly imagine. These apartments shouldn’t even cost half as much as they charge. I’ve been renting for 15 years and have never had such a terrible living situation. The walls are thinner than tissue paper. You can hear EVERY. SINGLE. THING. that is happening in all surrounding units. There is absolutely zero privacy or peace allowed while living here. Normal conversational volume is heard as clear as day through walls and ...floors. Whoever is your neighbor might as well be sitting on the couch with you. Whatever they’re watching on tv you’re listening to. Whatever sleep schedule they keep now defines your sleep schedule. On top of the noise creating a completely un livable situation…the kitchens are useless and poorly designed. Cabinets can’t fit anything in them. Drawers are completely useless. There’s 2 of them TOTAL and they are about 3” wide. Front door is unlocked 24/7 the entire 9 months I’ve been here. Laundry facilities are AWFUL. It’s always broken, always malfunctioning mid cycle therefore stealing your money with no refunds. Trash rooms are unventilated (against building codes), poorly maintained and disgusting. And by the way, if the garbage room door happens to close behind you, you’re locked inside… there is also no recycling in the entire complex. Management is fully aware of how bad the building is and offers little in the way of solutions. They’ll offer to move you to another unit with all the same problems. DO. NOT. RENT.
