Not worth the price
March 5, 2023Pricey! Trash area is terrible! Apartment got broke into and nothing was done. Pictures very deceiving. Entire area was dirty at all times.Property Manager Responded

June 16, 2020Overall good rental. At times the maintenance issues have been reasonably addressed. The first time the air conditioning stopped working the worked had an attitude stating the issue was that I wasn’t changing the air filter monthly. I have since learned how to fix the plugged drain for the AC on my own given the amount of grim built up in the pipe. There are parking and garbage issues. The dumpster situation is challenging, I am frequently cleaning up other people’s messes when disposing of my ...trash. Also there is abuse of the handicap parking in front of 909. I was away for work for a couple of weeks and my car had a letter on it stating I violated the parking policy, yet there are vehicles parking I’m the handicap parking because the near by spots are full and they do not want to walk.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Reasonable
April 3, 2020I have lived here for year. The air conditioner has had issues four times, the refrigerator has leaked water three times, parking is a challenge and the garbage is frequently overflowing. The staff are largely responsive. When I renewed my lease, I was told via email that I would be charge the same rate the entire month and it would not be prorated. When the March statement came, it was prorated I did not make an issue of it because it was twelve dollars. However, I am writing about it in my ...review because it is an indicator of an issue. There are frequent violators of the handicap parking which is never enforced and there is a neighbor who is feeding wild cats who make a great deal of noise and I have seen them go after my neighbors dog. I know there have been complaints to the property management company but they do nothing about them.Property Manager Responded

August 19, 2019The maitenence team is amazing. I recently filed two requests. We had a third situation arise after hours tonight at midnight. We awoke to a loud noise outside or bedroom window coming from the AC fans. Finally we went outside to look and the AC fan blade broke off inside one of the units outside our window and was making a huge noise that sounded like an explosion every time the unit fan came on, waking us up and making it impossible to sleep. The after hours call was received and maintence got ...out pretty quickly to shut the unit off for now and get to it in the morning. It seems to control another apartment unit (not ours). Makes for a rough night but can't complain since maitenence was able to take care of it! Maitenence deserves an mvp award at this apartment complex.
