August 10, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comIt's been a joke living here from day one. We are so excited to move out. We had a baby and the neighborhood is not great and it does not make us feel safe at night. People pull up in the streets and do weird things outside our building. We've had issues with plumbing in the bathroom and was told by mtc it would be fixed after our inspection and it still hasn't. For a smoke free property, people smoke cigarettes everywhere on the property which is super annoying with a newborn. For health and ...safety reasons we wanted out the neighborhood (the shooting not long ago was just peachy). The police are always around and the people in the dumpsters at nightake it disgusting. I asked if they found something to move in would we still need to pay rent if we moved out early and was told yes. So they will make rent twice each month from us and the new tenant. On top of us buying out our lease. When I did property management I wasn't allowed to double dip on recieving rent payments. They charge rent like it's a high end property and it's a joke. Don't move in. Just run away somewhere nicer and safer if you have kids. To the PM, Don't ask me to email you to better discuss my frustrations unless you plan on actually making things right. January 22, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comI live alone and the one bedroom is a perfect size for me; some people may need more space, but the kitchen is good sized & comfortable with a new fridge and dish washer, the laundry closet is great for extra storage. I have more closet space in the bedroom than I need. It is an apartment complex so you don't control your neighbors, but everyone I've encountered is friendly or at least polite. Management is great at communication; maintenance is fast and leaves a note if you're not there, no ...pests - I don't think I've even seen a spider. Cute neighborhood. Amazon Hub for deliveries. January 21, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comI pay way to much for a 1 bedroom apartment that is falling apart! The kitchen and bathroom sink cabinets are warped from water damage from leaks that have never been fixed! I’ve called maintenance 9 times at least to fix it and it’s still not fixed! The water gets really cold every time I’m in the shower and then gets scorching hot. All over the grounds here there is trash and dog crap. Also, I’ve reported my upstairs neighbors for noise disturbance and they do NOTHING! They even threw a ...suitcase over the railing and could have killed me and my daughter and they still live here! My daughter and I were standing out front waiting for my husband and twice got attack by a German Shepard off leash and the management does NOTHING!!!!! They have a nice gym here to and guess what? October 14, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comI would never recommend one signs a lease with Belle Creek. The apartments are small and in need of repairs. The maintenance staff is not 24 hours unless you tell them there is a gas leak. Paint is chipping and the stairs are rusted and cracked. They wrongfully charge you late fees and claim they’ll waive them, but charge you anyway. The office staff says one thing over the phone, but does differently in person. Overall, poor customer satisfaction, and needs new management.

I put in a request for information on Belle Creek Apartments and was literally replied to within minutes. Amanda was amazing from day one. Although the unit we rented for 6 months was slightly dated (we saw many units around us being updated while we were living there), it was cozy and just what we needed!
