The staff always greets you when you go in to pickup a package and they all truly care about residents and the community. January 11, 2026Great office and maintenance people The folks who work in the office and maintenance are all super friendly. Can't say enough positive things about the people. The grounds, however, are a different story. There is trash along the back of the property, where I frequently walk my dogs. There are huge holes dug by someone's dog around my building which can be really dangerous to try to navigate in the dark. There is a lot of dog poop around, enough that I've stepped in it twice today. There are ...cigarette butts that our building received a notification about, asking people to stop throwing them outside (they haven't and it's the same neighbor doing it), but what's worse is that the initial butts that were there were never picked up. January 10, 2026Great Staff Above everything I will say Sara (the property manager) is excellent and will truly do her best to resolve any issues that arise with a smile on her face. The place has a few areas that could use improvement but overall as far as apartments go we’re happy here. Excellent Property, Amazing Staff, Incredible Experience
May 16, 2023Belle Meade was the best apartment living experience I had. I lived in a few different apartments in Wilmington, NC throughout my collegiate years, but moved to Belle Meade after graduating college and beginning my career. I lived in a one bedroom apartment at Belle Meade for one year and only moved out because I purchased a house for myself (I would have extended my lease had I not purchased my own home.) The property is in a great location and backs up to a nice neighborhood. It is in a safe ...area of town and is central to tons of shopping, dining, beaches, and the Cape Fear River. Also, the office and maintenance staff are incredible and easy to work with. Any issues I had during my year at Belle Meade were solved as quickly as possible - most maintenance requests being solved same day. They are so responsive and really want to to take care of of their tenants. The maintenance crew is very polite and helpful as well!! The grounds are beautiful, it’s quiet and the people are friendly here!! I moved from out of state and feel very safe living here, very well lit at night!!
