Excellent Property, Amazing Staff, Incredible Experience
May 16, 2023Belle Meade was the best apartment living experience I had. I lived in a few different apartments in Wilmington, NC throughout my collegiate years, but moved to Belle Meade after graduating college and beginning my career. I lived in a one bedroom apartment at Belle Meade for one year and only moved out because I purchased a house for myself (I would have extended my lease had I not purchased my own home.) The property is in a great location and backs up to a nice neighborhood. It is in a safe ...area of town and is central to tons of shopping, dining, beaches, and the Cape Fear River. Also, the office and maintenance staff are incredible and easy to work with. Any issues I had during my year at Belle Meade were solved as quickly as possible - most maintenance requests being solved same day. September 4, 2021I cannot say enough good things about living here!!! The staff has been top notch since the moment I moved in!!! They are so responsive and really want to to take care of of their tenants. The maintenance crew is very polite and helpful as well!! The grounds are beautiful, it’s quiet and the people are friendly here!! I moved from out of state and feel very safe living here, very well lit at night!! Disgusting, and the management doesn't care about the mold
June 9, 2018One of the nastiest apartment complexes I've ever lived in. They take really bad care of all the appliances in the your house and always blow off the real issue. Very disappointed in the staff's incompetence. They don't hire people who can fix anything for you administratively or maintenance wise. There is black mold that would build up from the water everywhere in the house. It only took about a week for the stuff to build up so you are constantly cleaning. Under the bathroom faucet, the ...kitchen sink, and even the bottles of shampoo that were just sitting in the shower. After dozens of maintenance tickets requesting they fix the water, put some treatment in the water, or even compensate me for having to buy my own water, they NEVER gave me an answer to what it was, why it was, or how they were gonna fix this health issue. Several of the neighbors had the same issue and we ended up buying water offsite and having to use it for dishes/drinking/etc. and I would shower at the locker rooms at work. Beautiful property and great prices
April 19, 2018One of the first things that drew me to Belle Meade was the apartment layout itself. I love the open kitchen design, the tall ceilings makes it feel so much larger! The bedroom and closet is huge for a one bedroom unit. I can ride my bike along the property sidewalk which leads to 17th street extension. Worst Staff I have ever seen
October 18, 2017The complex is nice and I enjoy my apartment, however the management staff has ruined it for me. They lie straight to my face and show favoritism for the friends who live here. For example dogs without leash, cig butts, and maintenance request. Before moving in I suggest to talking with some of the other people who live here because its seems majority feel the same way I do. There are other nice properties in Wilmington, don't support these crooks and liars.Property Manager Responded

FANTASTIC!
July 21, 2016The moment I saw this complex I knew it would be our new home. It is small, clean, well kept, with new appliances, recessed kitchen sink, a patio, trash removal, a great pool area with new grills, nice bathroom appliances, and a friendly/accommodating staff. When I had an issue with my toilet repetitively flushing the maintenance man came immediately and fixed it. They are very particular about pet owners picking up their wastes and impress upon the community they would like it to stay clean and ...safe. The gym has state of the art equipment and very clean. I hated to leave honestly but work calls.. THANK YOU GUYS and most importantly Teal because the from the first time I walked in she had a smile and immediately had me approved and ready to move in.Property Manager Responded
